Austin did an excellent job of sourcing the matching color which had been discontinued by the manufacturer *****. Austin's subcontractors were hard to get to stay with the job and not accurate in the installation **. It was frustrating to get Austin to get subcontractors back out, and when they finally did come back, they corrected only one of the three problem areas *. This simple job has taken more than two weeks after materials were arrived, and I am still waiting for Austin to correct the remaining problem areas *.

I did a $50k renovation of my 1908 victorian and these guys showed up at 7:30 every morning and worked steadily all day. All of their craftsmen had great attitudes, were friendly and hard workers. Nathan the Project Manager returned calls quickly and was available via text and email. Kept the project on time and finished in six weeks. My favorite was Greg who worked on site everyday and was able to troubleshoot any problem we had. Nothing ruffled him and he always said "we will figure it out". Gave me a great deal of relief and confidence that the project would be done right. Really was well organized and did top notch work. A gem!

His plan was much better and less expensive than the other bids/plans I had received. So this year, when I decided to remodel my bathroom, I called Big John's again. They just finished remodeling my bathroom, and they did an excellent job. From the estimate to the finish, everything went very well. John's workers took pride in their work and were always measuring and leveling to make sure everything was perfect. They were very respectful and friendly and they cleaned up after each day.
