I like this gun range, while it's not super close to my neighborhood it's a great choice to get some shooting in. The staff here is super friendly and available. They're usually kinda busy in here and the staff hasn't missed a beat when I'm there. It's an effectively run system for sure. My 2 friends and I came by using a groupon for some range time and a rental. We had such a good time! They had some cool options for rentals and the woman helping us encouraged me to try a certain gun based on another one I was interested in. This was super clutch because I never would have tried the one she suggested. And I loved it!! This is such a cool day out with anyone really. I enjoy coming to this range. read more

Been going here over 20 years. Great, knowledgeable staff with no 'gun store arrogance, very safe environment, reasonable pricing.

Before you are allowed to utilize their shooting range you are required to watch a short safety video. After that you are given a card to show the staff proving that you're aware of their onsite safety procedures. The associates are friendly and helpful. They sell guns, rifles, ammunition and paraphernalia for gun enthusiasts or hunters. I have never purchased any firearm before so I can't speak to the value or quality of their firearms products, but there seems to be a vast selection of it. The one issue that I had with this business is the noise volume In the shooting range when people are shooting automatic weapons. The sound is nearly deafening! It really hindered my focus and concentration. Other than that this place is a very large, fluorescent lit, environment that houses everything you need for personal protection, hunting or gun sports. read more

Yes I agree with Stan! My friends and I (all military veterans) went to Eagle Guns and Range and the older grey haired lady said that we couldn't even attend the range, because we smelled funny. (I had to ask her 3 x's what is smelled funny) she was very rude and she didn't care at all. I don't know why she even works there with all these bad reviews. We just went to another gun range locally and had a blast at Blackstone! It's funny how we didn't smell funny at the other gun range! Do not support this trashy place! We were there this past Saturday July 5th and we have always had a great experience there , I've been going there for over 10 yrs. We had friends from Ireland who wanted to Learn to shoot guns that have never shot anything, everything was good until we met the older grey haired lady to get on the range . Just nothing but unpleasant and unnecessary. Like a nepolean trip , it was absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced anything like this in all the yrs I've been coming here . Then she proceeded to come inside the range and come in and came at us sideways again . It's was absolutely uncalled for , I was a range master for 13 yrs . She comes n the range try to belittle us and 2 of our people went out side and when she came out my wife and friend heard her saying we were idiots , totally unprofessional. Eagle Guns and Range is conveniently located less than ten minutes from my house, in Concord. I usually go to Blackstone or Point Blank ranges, but the drive is definitely significant. I decided to give the local place a try. The shop has a decent selection of new firearms to purchase. Everything from hunting rifles, shotguns, modern sporting rifles, pistols, and anything in between. I like that they also sell used firearms and also take on firearms for consignment as well. I purchased a new Ruger PC Charger off of their website for a very competitive price, and it shipped from their supplier to the shop within 2-3 days. They called me to let me know it was in, and I was able to pick it up same day. Great experience! Their range is everything you would expect. Appropriately staffed with a range safety officer, and a behind-the-desk staffer. Plenty of lanes. Prices are great. Low wait times even on weekends. Their staff and prices are as good or better than any other ranges in the area. Would recommend! Only complaint I have for them is that they don't update their hours on their website or on Google/Apple maps for holidays. I have gone to their website to check hours before, showed up, and found out they were closed when they were listed as open. There was also one occasion when they closed early. When I have to scratch my trigger finger I head over to Eagle gun range, not only is it the closest range to my house, it's also one of the better ranges I've been to. The staff is friendly and helpful and I usually do not have a long wait if all the lanes are full. They have a great selection of in stock items and a website that you can order from as well. I've always liked Eagles, I know what I want and Eagle fits my needs. I like going to a business and get called by my name, even if I haven't been there in awhile. I try to trip em up with my bs, but they're always ahead of me. I really like that "FOX" range officer, always get a beautiful smile from her, never giving me a cold shoulder.. I miss some of the ole employee's that have retired or passed away, leaving me with great memories. Since writing my last review, everything remains the same except that I have now purchased a Firearm from Eagle Guns; the process was made very quick and simple (or as simple as purchasing a firearm paperwork can be)! All of these 1 star reviews are true. Staff belongs in a different line of work that is less customer facing like maybe one of those stay at home welfare suckers, or PSA quality control associate. Nobody looks up when I walked in, I was the only customer in the store. I stood in front of the desk where there was 2 employees working for 5 minutes and none looked up from their phones. When I finally said something I was met with huffing and puffing like I'm bothering them. No eye contact whatsoever, and just a general bad attitude. It's a shame because the store looks nice and stocked but the guys that work there just don't give a shit. I will try the range at this place one time just because...but I suspect I'll be met with the same treatment. I live 5 mins from this range too. I wear my mask everywhere I go and it's okay if others chose not to wear theirs. Was there today and have employee saying things like " if you're so afraid of covid 19 you should stay the f home." to their Co worker, which I felt like it was directed at my partner and I. We were the only ones wearing mask around the register section. It was her first time shooting and I took her to Eagle Gun because I've been coming here for 3 years and I've always liked this place. I appreciate the great review from the guy before me that helped me to decide on Eagle Gun. I was not at all disappointed with my decision. I brought a coworker from Japan for his first time shooting and this was the best place for a first-time shooter experience. If you have never shot at their range before they start you off with a short 5-10 minute eHow style video on general gun and range safety and ethics. I'm familiar with the stuff but it's very educating and a good refresher! You then sign a waiver and they set you up with a lane in their range. It's pretty big; just over 15 lanes. I've been to a lot of different ranges but their setup is the most modernized. The buttons for adjusting your target distance actually displays the distance you're shooting at. They also have a lot of choices for range guns. You can even shoot a suppressed Walther P22 and feel like James Bond if you so desire. AND this is the first range I've seen to allow shooting long guns even including AR15s and the like. Staff is friendly and the patrons are too. Gun shops are always great for just some good casual conversation and a good safe time. They've got a good selection of guns, ammunition and accessories, though I've seen places with many more choices before. If I'm out this way again I'll be sure to stop by. read more

Being British by birth 1944 and having been in the USA for 42 years I was greatly opposed to the second amendment and disgusted by the very lax gun laws in the USA. It is also fair to say that my impression of the NRA WAS ALSO IN THE TOILET. Well after the shooting at the University in Charlotte I analyzed my whole stance on the subject. This was too close to home, so I made a conscientious decision to visit EAGLE GUNS AND PAWN IN CONCORD to gain a better understanding. My contact there was Jason who went above and beyond to explain the nuances of various hand guns to a complete novice who has never held or fired a gun and was a Brit to boot. Well before you could say CLOCK there I was on lane 12 shooting one and actually hitting the target a few times. I found all the staff that I came in contact with very courteous and professional thank you Jason. Needless to say it was a complete attitude adjustment and fun at the same time, the only way we will do away with the bad guys with guns is to have more good guys with guns, just my two eggs and a ham sandwich read more

Only 11 miles from my house, so very convenient to get to. Their selection of handguns to buy is not great compared to some other shops, but they are willing to help with ordering. Their rental selection is not half bad and seems to rotate except for the staples like Beretta 92, many Glocks, and a few 1911s. The staff is always very nice and helpful, so I'm not sure why so many complaints about them. They may take a bit longer to acknowledge you but I've never been treated rudely. In fact, one associate spent 30 mins talking me through options for an EDC knowing that I don't even have my CCL yet, believe his name was Eric. The prices are quite in line with what others charge. If you bring your own gun and ammo you can walk out without breaking the bank. If you rent you HAVE to use their ammo and it can rack up real quick. If Saturday is your only day off, be aware it gets busy as soon as they open. Don't go there on a weekend and complain on yelp! read more

Members swiftly gather the things they need and say hellos yo everyone and make their way out to the range, while beginners are watching a nice safety video.
