I hired my own packer/unpacker on both ends which took about 2-3 hours. I was unsure whether I needed one POD or 2 and the best deal offered was I could order 2 but only be charged for what I used. The second POD was 1/2 the cost of using 1. This was very helpful. The only area that could use improvement is the customer service information by phone. I was concerned about my driveway getting damaged and one person told me they put a heavy rubber sheeting down under it for protection. Another call later said they put nothing under it. The answer is they put nothing under it but the operators were careful and no damage was made to my driveway. It was also by accident that I found out reading on line about ordering 2 pods but only being charged for what you use. If the initial representative had given me this information, it would have saved me time and stress. I would definitely use them again.

We moved from Florida to Georgia and the price we paid for U-Pack was less about half of what it would have cost to use U-Haul or Penske and then we would still have to drive the trucks and pay for fuel. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. They offered @$200 to make things right which we have not accepted. The men talked non stop and goofed off. as I stated they were hired til 4:30. But no- since they started on small stuff so they left me on my own with several heavy items I could not lift on my own. They also ruin our floors and packed our leather couch without wrap.
