These guys were total pros. I am a 1st time gun owner & I was afraid of feeling like I would not be like "one of the boys" Boy could I have been more wrong!! These guys were great!! They made me feel right at home!! I got to hold & look at many guns, including an AR15. (I think that is what it was. It was big and held lots of bullets. They helped me pick out a great gun & all the ammo I needed, showed me how that gun & several others worked and why they thought the one they recommended was the one for me!! While the employees are friendly, and the store is clean and organized, the owner knows nothing about Federal firearms laws and is rude. It should not be up to the customer to explain the laws to the FFL. read more

I've bought 4 pistols from this place and I never feel pressured to buy anything I don't want. Very friendly staff who take time to help and don't have that arrogance that you find in some stores Gary is very engaging and always has time for you. I always try and support my local gun shop and this being three miles away is very local. I find that the prices are pretty competitive. Upon walking into this "establishment", I was rudely greeted by the owner who was "assisting" other guests. His demeanor and tone of voice coupled by his blunt "what do you need" gave me a bad taste in my mouth right from the beginning. I asked him if he had any Arsenal Ak-47's; with which, he looked at me like I had ten heads and had no idea what I was talking about. After giving him an explanation that it is a world renowned AK-47 producer, he then pointed towards the wall and told me there are the AK's. I proceeded to walk towards the area on the wall where they were. I approached the wall to see the make and models/prices and he told me to back up, as I was encroaching behind the counter area. I immediately complied with his request and he then walked towards me in an aggressive manner telling me back up now. He then squared up with me and gestured with his hands to continue to back up, when I already was far behind the counter area. I told him he was being completely ridiculous/unprofessional and that I would never give him a cent of my business. I then began to walk out and he tried to act like a tough guy and told me to get out of his store. I have never in my life been treated like a degenerate from walking into a business and wanting to spend money. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone and if the owner is reading this I want you to know that professionalism will take you way further in the world then acting like incompetent tool. read more
