Not only does she have an incredible, warm and funny personality, she is crazy talented and artistic. She really understands light and body positions and captures true emotion better than I've ever seen. Lauren truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it shows in the photos. Yes, unfortunately, this studio is set up to film TV and Theatrical Film production, it is not centered around giving tours. The experience there is more authentic, more "real". They do have a great new small museum and real tv shows and movies being made on every stage from production companies and studios around the world. It's sad they don't have a tram.

I was willing to meet with her to see what type of services she provided... my first email from her was about 3 weeks ago and still no followup email when I inquired when is the best time to meet. I'm just really disappointed and had to share my experience with my yelpers...as I was so hopeful for this one. I'm sure she is great once you hire her and also a great person...but maybe she is snobby in terms of who she works with or responds to. In her website it says her prices are not negotiable since she does only few select weddings a year. Sigh... As some of you may know, when you are planning a wedding, you are on a time crunch. Have to book the vendors so that you have people that are available for your date...so the delay in response was a total turn-off. She's really easy to talk to, whether in person or via email. I LOVE that she responds to emails with lighting speed, even on weekends!! It is obvious that she is passionate about her work. She cares about her clients and she makes them feel like they are her ONLY clients. She does a range of photography work from wedding, family/baby, boudoir, etc. Caroline's fun, creative, detail-oriented, artistic photographs will capture you but it's her bubbly personality that will reel you in! My fiance and I only met with ONE photographer and It only took one meeting with Caroline to convince us to book her for our 2010 wedding. We're actually flying her up to the Bay Area for it. Rafael is known in the photo community as "Genius," and anyone who is able to make this yelper look good after mojitos and hors d'oevres surely deserves that moniker. Here are my top 5 reasons why the photobooth experience from ohsnapstudios.com is great: 1) You end up looking like a model, even if you are not one (I wish Rafael would teach me how to do this with my camera) 2) They always seem to have a fun set of props out at a table nearby so you can create little "scenes" in your photo-shoots (a Viking holding a badminton racquet, and a stuffed-animal- why not?) 3) Their backdrops look awesome. The James Bond background that they had tonight was insanely cool and had a three dimensional aspect where one of your friends could stand in front of the backdrop, and you could stand behind it, creating a realistic (and awesome) cinematic effect. They take photobooth to the next level and pictures were amazing! Regular photobooths normally take only the upper half of your body and you're scrambling for poses to take during the countdown. Oh! Snap Studios has an onsite photographer and helps guides you while you create your own scene before taking your photo. You get to pick a backdrop and flooring from their collection plus they have a large range of props (did I mention they have a unicorn head mask? That won me over) In addition, your entire body gets in the photos showing off the nice outfit you chose for that event! You get as many copies of photos while they print after you take your pictures and you get to view them online. The owner, Rafael, was one of the best vendors I worked with during my wedding planning. He was very patient, fun and amazing to work with and his crew was beyond fantastic to work with during the event. They went out and beyond their way to make it happen at our event. I would have Oh!
