Barbara promised to do another release on the anniversary date at no charge. Then when I called her she said only if it's within 6 months. She said it was in the contract but she was hired from the funeral home and she verbally told us that she would do another release at no charge on his anniversary. (not 6 months) She proceeded to say that people lose loved ones everyday and I'm not the only one that has lost a loved one. Wow. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought my tickets via Goldstar for $30 each + tax and fees. They don't let you pick specific…read moreseats, just the area, so I hoped for the best! I chose the Orchestra seats and we ended up sitting in the fifth row of permanent seats down front to the left of the stage. Best seats ever, especially for the price!! We took the bus from Gardena straight to Figueroa & Olympic. Saved gas, parking fees, and frustrations during rush hour traffic. We ate dinner at a restaurant at L.A. Live then made our way over to the Microsoft Theater. I don't think I've ever been inside before. My bag was inspected at the door, got our tickets scanned and we headed to our seats. Upon reaching the theater door, peering to the stage, I was in awe! I saw a giant egg and fog which got me intrigued about the show. Did you know that it's an inflatable egg? We didn't buy any merchandise, but there was plenty for people to purchase! There were snacky items to eat as well as beverages, both with and without alcohol. If you need the restroom, you won't wait in line for very long... they have many stalls, two levels in the same bathroom! With a very short intermission, it is necessary to get everyone back to the show as quickly as possible! The seats are comfy, but not much space for people to skootch in front of you to pass by to their seats. There was a rope ladder that I thought was going to block my view during the entire performance, but luckily, it was retracted and out of sight after use. The show was great fun and entertaining! I feel that Iris and Kurio were better than OVO, but it could just be the themes that helped them stand out more in my mind. Nevertheless, I was super happy to enjoy this with my husband! The characters were chit-chatty in their unintelligible way! It reminded me of The Sims which my daughter played and averred she could understand them! We came for the 2nd to last day of the show. I was hoping for performers to be in the theater roaming around and provide some entertainment while we waited. It is a fun way to engage the audience and I was sad that didn't happen. I can't remember My favorite part was the trampoline acrobats! The green bugs, crazy crickets took turns jumping onto the wall using trampolines. I could've watched them for a while longer! There were performances using a hoop, silk ropes (with spiders), a green metal apparatus (with a dragonfly), and trapeze. The intriguing thing about this trapeze act was that there were no swings, it's stationary! The men were the moving swings, swinging the other members through the air! So amazing! Whoa! I held my breath a couple times when they flew over and between the platform legs! There was a contortionist who was hyper-flexible, and astounding! Cirque du Soleil rocks! I can't wait to see another show!

Had the chance to previously see this with amazing center seats…read more So... my suggestion: Definitely if you can get center seats, go for those. We got seats to the right of the stage and although, they were pretty close, some of the acting and storyline was missed. Fortunately I knew from previously watching, what the story was about...the love...the expression of the performers, but my kids were not able to see their faces several times from the side seats. A plus is that their ventilation was good, kinda cold in fact so bring a jacket in case you might need at Microsoft Theater. Restroom had lots of stalls like two levels so the wait in line was short. Popcorn was $5.50. Kids. However, I refused to pay $5.75 for a Dasani bottle of water (we had two in the car) so though the employee at the concession said she didn't know if there was a water fountain (what?!), the employee and security back inside by the seats said he'd take us there since it was close to the back of the stage. I'm glad there was a discount on the tickets (family packages or Yelp discount was also available) and it's a great experience to watch at least once...can't wait to watch the other Cirque shows now!

Krystal was the coordinator for my wedding in Simi Valley, CA in October of 2021. She had multiple…read morephone calls with me leading up to my event. We had an initial consultation, a follow up phone call about 6 months prior to the event, and from there she checked in consistently to make sure I stayed on track with all of my contracts, and to-dos. Any time I was feeling overwhelmed or stressed, she encouraged a phone call and would put me at ease within a few short minutes. To preface this review, I am a VERY type A person, and was extremely particular about my vision for my wedding. Everyone told me to expect small missteps on my wedding day- "just roll with the punches" "don't let the small stuff get to you", etc. To this day, I have no clue if anything went awry. If there were any missteps, Krystal took care of it, and that to me, is an indicator of a phenomenal coordinator. I put so much hard work into creating the vision for the wedding of my dreams and Krystal flawlessly executed it. I was able to enjoy my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to Krystal. I couldn't recommend a better coordinator than Krystal and truly am sad to not talk with her as frequently anymore. She treated me like I was more than just a client, I could tell that the outcome of our wedding, and mine and my husband's happiness on our wedding day truly mattered to her. They had actually played at our friends wedding that we had been at in Malibu, CA and I loved everything that the DJ had played that day/night. We planned our wedding in Portland, OR and I was having a difficult time finding a DJ that understood the balance I wanted regarding playing a variety of my favorite American pop (80's) dance music and the mix of traditional classic Indian songs and current Indian dance hits. Not only was Ambiance AV incredibly reasonable with their travel charges but also very accommodating to my requests. They really worked with me and my budget considering I was also going to have to pay for travel costs if I went with Ambiance AV. Hemant (Ambiance AV) was very prompt in returning all of my messages, answering my questions, and going over all the details as often as I needed for my assurance. He was always easy to contact via email, phone calls, and especially through text messages. I only used Ambiance AV services for my wedding day (baraat and ceremony) and reception which was on a Saturday. The night before I planned a welcome dinner for my guests and realized that I hadn't created any sort of music playlist to play during that evening. Hemant (Ambiance AV) came to the rescue and provided a playlist for us for the Friday night welcome dinner. At the baraat, he had everyone out there dancing and getting pumped up. It was an incredible sight to see and I loved the music he was playing and energy that he got out of everyone out there! He was able to flawlessly fill in the void regarding any portion of the wedding ceremony/reception/end of reception music choices that I never got around to providing him because I had a million other things to figure out. I think the biggest compliment to Ambiance AV would be that after the wedding (weeks, months and to this day) my mother always brings up that the music that was played at the reception was really good!
