I recently got married at Hart and Main, and the team Tricia provided--especially Tiffany and Karlie--were nothing short of phenomenal. These two are incredibly talented and hardworking. They didn't just "work" the event--they owned it with grace, professionalism, and care. What truly made our wedding day seamless was their ability to anticipate every need before we even realized it ourselves. Our wedding took place during an intense heatwave, and Tiffany and Karlie went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and cared for the entire day. From keeping us hydrated to bringing us drinks and appetizers in our bridal suite right after the ceremony--including our custom his-and-hers cocktails--they truly thought of everything. They also handled every single detail I brought to the venue--from bar signs and napkins to dinnerware and décor. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took my vision and brought it to life with care and precision, setting everything up exactly how I had imagined. They even double-checked with me on the little things to make sure everything was just right, and it absolutely was. There was a moment when the heat really started to overwhelm me, and I honestly think I would've had a meltdown if it weren't for their calm, thoughtful presence. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. Always being positive and optimistic, she's an entire support system in one person! She's far more than a coordinator but also a source of comfort when nerves run high and she's everything we could've wanted from a coordinator. During our wedding she shielded us from a lot of things that I'm sure could've taken us away from our day, all the small things with vendors/rentals/layout/communication was executed perfectly, she has great attention to detail with emails/paperwork leading up to the wedding and maybe most importantly she really made sure that day-of we were going to have the BEST time of our lives, and that's exactly what happened. She really wants that for her clients, she's the first person we hugged after our ceremony and for good reason, because she's knows our wedding journey more than anyone, and she was along for the ride the whole time... never complaining and always having a positive uplifting can-do attitude. Even things like the rehearsal day before where all family is meeting for the first time, you can really see how pro she is directing people like a high production broadway show. Words can't express how grateful we are for Deborah's work on our wedding at the Maybourne, handling all the switching and nuances of a very complex wedding with all the vendors/paperwork/performers involved. From the layout to the flow, the band to the officiant and live performance, every single element felt effortless because behind the scenes, Deborah and Valentin were orchestrating every detail with incredible foresight and care. One of the many ways they went above and beyond? Helping us lock down an after-party venue before it had even opened to the public. Thanks to their local connections and creative problem-solving, we were able to tour and book a brand new space that turned out to be the perfect end to the perfect night. They handled vendor coordination with military-grade precision -- making sure timelines were tight, contractual requirements were met, and everyone was fully in sync. Critical details were missed, guests were treated dismissively, and the overall experience fell far below expectations for a once-in-a-lifetime event. This was an unacceptable level of service, and I would not recommend this venue. I am unable to in words describe how stressful the day was and how you can get better value and service at other venues from speaking with several newlyweds and industry event coordinators.

They had a nice waterfall outside, clean and cute bathrooms, an outside patio on both sides, and a glass window looking out into the nature. The valet parking was efficient as well. It was a bit of a walk to the venue from the parking area but we had so much fun. The biggest surprise was the food. The appetizers were all amazing and the main dishes were good as well. I think this was one of the best foods I've had at a wedding. They also had a pho bar, to my surprise was also included in the venue. Now the pho itself...the broth was meh and noodles were thin rice noodles, but, the concept was genius for an Asian wedding. I loved the Korean fried chicken! Drinks were so delicious and bartenders/sergers/staff were all amazing.

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.
