She has the ability to transform even the most mundane space into a work of art. She uses her background in film and fashion to put on a real production that runs like a well-oiled machine and looks stunning. The best part is, she'll work within your budget. Naturally, when I got engaged, Kate was one of the first people I called. She was incredibly helpful in the early planning stages with budgets and venues and I got to see the pre-production Kate. I knew she was an artist and production manager based on the events I've attended, but it turns out she's also great with the financial and planning side, too. She has great contacts and she uses them to YOUR advantage. Kate is very respectful of your budget. Though she has clients who throw around money like it's confetti, she can stretch a dollar to get the look you want without breaking the bank. She's extremely knowledgeable and very well-organized. She did a budget for us based on the venue we wanted and it really helped us make our decision. She's an artist that knows how to work a spreadsheet! Unfortunately, the decision we made was to get married in Hawaii. Kate was very understanding and supportive throughout the whole process and I'm still relying on some of the advice and knowledge she shared with us. I still fantasize about what my LA wedding could have been with Kate at the helm. You will not regret hiring Kate to design and produce your event. You might regret *not* hiring her!

We had an initial consultation, a follow up phone call about 6 months prior to the event, and from there she checked in consistently to make sure I stayed on track with all of my contracts, and to-dos. Any time I was feeling overwhelmed or stressed, she encouraged a phone call and would put me at ease within a few short minutes. To preface this review, I am a VERY type A person, and was extremely particular about my vision for my wedding. Everyone told me to expect small missteps on my wedding day- "just roll with the punches" "don't let the small stuff get to you", etc. To this day, I have no clue if anything went awry. If there were any missteps, Krystal took care of it, and that to me, is an indicator of a phenomenal coordinator. I put so much hard work into creating the vision for the wedding of my dreams and Krystal flawlessly executed it. I was able to enjoy my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to Krystal. I couldn't recommend a better coordinator than Krystal and truly am sad to not talk with her as frequently anymore. She treated me like I was more than just a client, I could tell that the outcome of our wedding, and mine and my husband's happiness on our wedding day truly mattered to her. Thank you for everything Krystal, we miss you! - The Boswells

Having been to many weddings in the past, we were expecting a few hiccups here and there. We are happy to report that there was not a single one!  Things went smoothly from start to finish. Part of making the day a success was the planning that went along prior to the event.  Krystal was very professional and friendly when working with my daughter in law in fulfilling her vision and making her dream day come true.

Well, I the Groom got there before she did. About 30-45 minutes later she got there. And her "crew" which is 1 person (a week prior, she said she would have atleast 3 person. 2 person setting up the ceremony location and 1 person assisting the bride.) about 5 minutes after getting there, she left to get the flowers. She was gone a loooong time and did not cwnme back till about 10 minutes before ceremony. My bride was furious and cried out of frustration as Chanda the planner who should have been there to supervise and lead the event (as she gave us a timeline of what would take place a week prior) is MIA. Meanwhile i was waiting outside with all the guest where a nice jazz music should be playing (again as she told us a week prior) unfortunately the sound of the IPOD dock that she brought (not a big enough speakers like she said a week prior) was drowned by the sound of the ocean! So my bride walked out to pretty much no music. So much for picking out songs which she had as do. Now lets get to the photos. The photographer arrived at the location just a bit after i did, which was great. EXCEPT Chanda did not give the photographer the SHOT LIST we filled up months prior to the wedding. A few weeks ago she told us that the CD of the wedding photos had been sent our way. Its been about 3 weeks and still have not receive it. Mind you we are just probably just an hour away from each other. Why not just meet up, you wonder? Well my wife is repulse by Chanda and how she made our wedding tacky, cheap, and somewhat unpleasant. i write this review as suggested by wedding officiant who was hired by Chanda. The wedding officiant swore that this would be her first and last business with Chanda as she did not like how Chanda dealt with our wedding. Chanda was MIA much of the time that the officiant suggested that we should go on with the ceremony.

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

We also had no idea what we were doing and Aletha was amazing about offering suggestions and working collaboratively with us to offer advice and suggestions without any judgment. We live in Alaska and did not meet Aletha in person until the day of the wedding so it was even more impressive that she facilitated the perfect wedding via email and phone calls. We also hired her in February 2020 planning for a wedding in 2021 but didn't have our wedding until September 2023 and she worked with us throughout all the delays and changes of plans.
