I started to call them about 11 months later to inform them my cement was pitting, crumbing and cracking in places. I was told they would come out and look at the driveway and set a time for repairs. I been calling every 1-2 weeks for almost a year and still no repairs have been made. Our next steps are contacting the better business bureau and possible legal action.

Clint and his team with CHV Construction are fantastic contractors. I highly recommend their work,…read morereliability, cleanliness, and most of all quality. We found Clint and hired him to gut our master bathroom. We had an old tub and small stand up shower. We always had wanted a his/her shower. Clint created a master piece for us. Those are the gray bathroom pictures uploaded. They did such a fantastic job that we hired him again to remodel our guest bathroom. Those are the pictures of the brown bath below. We also had Clint and his team gut this bathroom too. We chose tile for the shower and floor and bought a new vanity as well as other accessories. We also hired Clint and CHV to put a ceiling up in our downstairs so the rain from the upper deck would not get all our outdoor furniture wet and so we can use the downstairs all year long. They did a fabulous job. He is also going to put a railing in for our rock stairs and is going to pour a concrete slab for us. Clint we are not done with you yet!!! :-) Next year will be our kitchen. Clint will always be our go-to contractor. I highly recommend Clint and CHV Construction for any job you may have. They are versatile in all types of construction needs. They are respectful, kind, detail-oriented, clean up after each day and cost efficient. Clint will actually let you know if he was paid too much as well as if he comes in lower than the free quote he initially provided. He does not try to upsell you, however will give great advice if you ask him. Good luck in your future projects!

I have read some of the reviews of this company, and I had a completely different experience…read more We were greeted by Connie who was professional and knowledgable. She worked with us to choose the right countertop for our needs. She provided us with a detailed view of the measurements of our countertops, and bid a price that was fair. They have a great variety of stone in the showroom. The samples are larger than a small square to go by in making your decision. Seeing a sample of the larger slab helped to visualize our desired product. Connie always attended to our needs and she was one of the reasons we decided to go with Rock Top Surfaces. Our end result are countertops that are beautiful and stunning. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for countertops.

When deciding what company to go with. I talked with Connie and how they installed at the Huntsman…read morecenter and 6 Parade of Homes. Connie said that Super White is an Exotic Rare stone. How she loves it and said it's very durable. I asked Connie how often slabs break she said only 1 Granite slab has broken. We purchased 2 Super white slabs from MSI a Vendor they referred us too. Both slabs broke. The first attempt at installing the 1st slab had a 2 foot fissure to the right of the sink. The installer said it's broken and can't install any part of it. Rock tops replaced 1st slab at no cost to us. They came out again for the 2nd install and when the 2nd slab was installed. It broke at installation. This time a 4 foot break all the way in a diagonal line above the cooktop. Right at eye level which is so disappointing because it's front and center and the main focal point of kitchen. When the Manager came out after the installation to see the 2nd break. Confirmed it was broke by running a credit card over it proving it was not smooth. Took a picture said he was going to talk to installers The manager then said it's basically Sandstone. He said this stuff gets fissures/breaks all the time. This is very normal. Complete opposite to what Connie said. Then tried to shift that the 2 mil it's not as durable. I said well you shouldn't sell it if you feel this way. They moved the seam with the counter top where the first slab broke by the sink. Where they ended up putting the seam and how it looks is VISUALLY unappealing. Some of the seams are extremely chipped and jagged. They did send a team to fix and although it's smooth to touch it's chipped all the way from front to back of the countertop and looks unprofessional.Above the cooktop it's now smooth but the finish is gone and have swirl makes from grinding it smooth. The break is not fixable. We have new fissures on the countertop and the caulking behind the sink is coming out. This is worrisome because it's behind the sink and gets wet so it will turn to black mold. So do yourself a favor and go with a company that does what they say and stands behind their work. Not a company that has you sign they are Not liable if any damages occur before or after. Currently in legal advice.
