When driving on it, our cars would "float" or slide around because it was a pile of gravel with 3000 lb autos. I called S.F.T. Concrete to bid on laying a concrete driveway and installing concrete forms to our RV/Trailer pad to the back of our garage and not only did they do a fantastic job, Tevita recommended we use the gravel already there to help offset the cost. They used what they needed for the driveway then took the remainder and used it for the drive path to our RV/Trailer pad to the back! They came every day and even a couple of weeks later to check on their work and check with us to see if we were satisfied. His bid was fair and the most reasonable of the three companies I solicited. He charged exactly what he bid, communicated well about when he was coming (seems well-organized), is reliable, hard-working, experienced, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we hired him to do, as I was tasked with digging a 14' x 18" trench to bury the electrical conduit for the stub up to the hot tub before the slab could be poured, and Juan simply helped me dig it (he had much better tools for the job). I think Juan's willingness to work hard for the success of his jobs and help with something additional like this is rare and valuable. When the job was complete, Juan thoroughly cleaned up all remnants of gravel, etc... on the road, in the carport, and in the backyard. Steve was amazing from start to finish! We arranged our concrete work from another state in a…read morerental house. The home needed the the driveway torn out and re-poured, along with another pad to extend the driveway. Steve was easy to communicate with, detailed, fair and accurate. I received four quotes and he was the only one that gave me a written bid detailing concrete psi, scope of work, etc. Other companies couldn't detail what was covered. Steve was able to work through a some extra issues/work we uncovered and communicated to us through the delivery delays that were outside his control.
