Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

There were several occasions that I had to wait because he took on other jobs so really hung me up. There were a few legitimate reasons. My fault as to not speaking up as to saying what about finishing this job up.This was on and off near 3 months which shouldn't have been about a month after adjuster getting back as to an ok for job to begin and had to get the funds worked out. Jose worked with a colleague who had different aspects to the job. A bathroom item that was made from my deceased mom was chipped and attempted to repair. Was attempted twice as to fixing and it would have looked better before the attempts.Small defect so I have it turned away so I don't have to look at it. Miguel handled this, and the last thing that was most disturbing was a special hand towel that was used to wipe up over my carpet and to clean up drywall pieces, I noticed that evening it was gone. I called the next day that he probably didn't realize he took it. When I spoke with him he said yes and he was to bring it back within a week or so if near my neighborhood. After that I called 5 or 6 times for two months and also Jose to get back to me. Both never ever would return my calls. Had I received a call back from Jose I would have respected him and never would have noted anything here. I even waited weeks before addressing here. It's always interesting when people get their money they ignore you. I really liked these individuals and would love to give them their props. One thing positive about Miguel was he was reliable time wise, the days that he was to do different aspects of the job.Jose generally too. If I got a return call I would have given it a 4. There is more I can note here but I'll leave just some of these thoughts.
