First, I appreciate that Selvin was quick to respond and great with communication. He came out by the next day to give me a quote on servicing the property. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. Selvin will be coming back to perform regular maintenance, and I look forward to working with Selvin and his team.

His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again. When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve. The age of the system was 20-years and In the end, agreed to rebuild the entire system at a very reasonable price. David knocked the work out in less than 3-4 hours. I never knew the layout of my old system, second owner and drip line tubing and emitters were buried. Now, I was able to photo document everyting with a map of how all the main and drip line tubing was laid out for future reference. I came away very happy with everything new and 1-year warranty. Cannot recommend more. A great guy to interact with too.
