They do not care about my daughter but they just want the money after she failed her driver's test. The new driver is just a number to them and when asked how they support their student the man who picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me. Think twice I paid for a lot of driving classes but no emotional support. He finally said we do not support anyone who fails, they fail and pay again. All I was asking is emotional support. The guys was rude, hugh up on me and told me your son failed because he its the curbs It is not a good place for new drivers.

I passed my test the first time, and I didn't have to leave Meriden!! You get more for your money at EZ Lern, Other schools may tout a lower classroom fee, but I got to take my drivers test at the school, (and in the same car) that I was familiar with, and it was only an additional $50 fee. Other schools. charge far more for this service. So just make sure you compare all the services and just don't go by the lower initial price. Mrs Luca Rocks!!

I recently took my driving test and unfortunately failed because of unclear and unsafe instructions…read morefrom the instructor. During the test, I was in the left-hand lane when he told me to "go right." I asked for clarification since that instruction didn't match where I was on the road, but he repeated "go right" several times. So I followed his direction exactly as stated, even though I knew it wasn't correct, because he insisted multiplee times! Afterward, instead of acknowledging the confusion, he made comments about my disabilities and told me to "stop making excuses" and "you have a lot of diseases all of a sudden" when literally all I said was that I have dyslexia & Autism and need his instructions to be clearer... I wouldn't be as upset about failing if it were because of my OWN mistake, but in this case, the error happened because of unclear and inconsistent instructions from the instructor. So Long story short, he told me to cut across lanes and cars to make a right turn instead of letting me take the left and correct it. When I asked for clarification multiple times, he got irritated and repeated "go right," so I did, and then he failed me for following his OWN instructions.

He made sure everyone that was testing at the same time was prepared. He had pictures and tons of helpful hints to make sure the test went well. My new driver was able to relax and laugh before the test, allowing for an easy transition into the test. I would recommend everyone use Next Street for their driving lessons and test!

At the time I took this picture, there were 2 Next Street cars parked in the fire lane. Your instructors are not only too lazy to walk 30 seconds from the parking lot, by blocking the fire lane on an almost daily basis they are demonstrating a lack of regard for the safety of the other people in the building not to mention setting a horrible example for their students. Shame on them, and shame on you for making excuses for them.
