And we got the gingerbread latte - 5/10. Very bland in flavor and not much of the gingerbread coming thru. It was a bit disappointing and I definitely had some high expectations for that one. Overall I had a good experience, customer service was on point and I was able to get some work done.

Keep in mind many local companies and such hire them for their events, so they post their schedule on the two above-stated social media sites. On 5/3/2023, I tried them for the first time. I opted for the "Salesman" which is an iced coffee made with honey and oat milk ($6). You can also order this 20 oz. concoction served hot. I would definitely order this again. They offer other milk alternatives: coconut, almond, and soy. Plus they have teas - not to mention cocao, Red Bull, and protein drinks. The service was friendly and fast. I only have one complaint and this mainly has to do with the City of Hobbs regulations... WHY? Oh, why do food trailers *have* to use generator? They could easily plug into Dryland's, but no. Rig Water has the loudest generator ever and I'm getting older and can't hear a damn thing except said generator! Lol. Love their slogan of "meet me at the rig." Their drive-thru moved like honey at around 10AM. If the parking lot wasn't such a tight fit with no real in and out lanes, I would have baled 10 minutes in. I mean I drive a Jeep and could have been a total douche, but I resisted the temptation to offroad on public property. I digress... Today, 8.14.2025 I mistakenly thought they were open completely for business. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who explained I currently had two small hot or iced options only, but they were free! This was their practice run. :) While she was explaining more of what was to come with a menu she handed me, an equally friendly guy - perhaps the owner or manager on duty - brought me two packaged rubber ducks because he "noticed I was a Jeep that collected" them. Thanks again! My daughters really will think it's the coolest thing. My iced vanilla latte was on point. Creamy with rich notes of a robust coffee.
