After visiting two dealerships in Fort Worth this week, the first dealer told me I owed $9000 more on my 2-year-old car that has 17,000 miles, I shared my Kelly Blue Book estimate and he told me KBB don't write checks, he offered me a payment of $1183/month, of course I left. The next dealership must have thought, "hold my beer and watch this, lol." That dealership offered me a lease price of $1905/ month and bragged because he got the price down $200, so I was going to pay $1700, they told me I was $5,000 upside down. Feeling reluctant, I located the 2026 GMC Denali PU with the exact options that I was seeking. Derek was extremely professional. I told Derek exactly what I was looking for. Within an hour, Derek provided me with a ballpark figure that was exactly the same as the result I came up with on the GM Financial website; I was $500 upside down. After a 1-hour drive to the dealership, it took approximately an hour to complete the paperwork, and a monthly note below $700/mo. Without a doubt they have earned my trust in an industry that is filled with uncertainty in my opinion. When completing the paperwork, I was able to relax, as in my experience the finance manager didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. Our car still looks great (it would be even better if we had time to wash it). :) The agreement was that DFW Storm Solutions would repair our car at no cost to us. But suddenly, several months later, I am receiving a bill from Hertz for a car rental fee for $240, which I was told I wouldn't be charged for. Hertz is saying that they didn't get paid so we are responsible for what is owed to them. I disagree! I called DFW Storm Solutions. I left messages in 3 mailboxes. I will keep you up-to-date on how this is handled. UPDATE: DFW Storm Solutions comes through again. In fact, my husband and I jumped the gun in assuming this was their issue, as it seems that Hertz is the company that did not handle things correctly. Within 10 minutes of leaving the voicemail messages, we got a call from Paul who told us that this was definitely a paperwork error and Hertz should never have billed us. He assured us that he would have the payment taken care of same day - and he did. On top of that, someone else contacted us through our FB post and kept us informed. So now, not only do we highly recommend this company for fixing your hail damage, we recommend them for excellent customer service and follow-up as well. Thanks DFW Storm Solutions.

After emailing in the data along with a couple of pictures, they offered us $11,400 on the spot. We filled out the forms online and easily booked a pickup time at our home because we didn't want to mess around with delivering it to the location that was about 30 miles away, and of course, we would have had to follow one another after dropping it off. Instead, they merely deducted $90 from our proceeds and we were done. We just had them mail us a check and all was well.
