I gave them a call, and they were able to get me in for an appointment within just 15 minutes, which already impressed me. When I arrived with my family, we were immediately welcomed and taken care of by Robert, one of their product specialists. From the start, Robert stood out. He was upfront, transparent, and didn't try to pressure us into anything. What really made the experience special, though, was his attitude--super positive, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. And the best part? He got us approved and out of there in just about 2 hours! That kind of efficiency is rare, especially when buying a car. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Integrity Auto Sales to anyone--especially if you think you might not get approved or feel unsure about the process. They really work with you and do their best to make it happen. If you go, make sure you ask for Robert... and tell them Aida sent you!

A lot of trade in options, as well. I have now bought two vehicles from them, and both times I have not been disappointed. Purchased a sedan first, then it was time to upgrade to a SUV. Jose and his team are honest, transparent, and straight forward during the car buying process making it quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Jose always goes above and beyond with his customer service, making you feel like family and not just a customer. With both of my car buying experiences with Matador Motors, I never felt pressured. They allowed me to browse their lot and test drive before making a decision, which is one of the many things I appreciated while car shopping with them. A family-owned car business that truly values its customers and the community. Go check them out if you're looking to trade-in, first purchase, or looking to get into a new car. Matador Motors will help you! Thanks again for upgrading my family and I into a bigger family car, Jose!

When confronted about the poor quality of the vehicle, Steve became combative and threatened to physically harm my husband. They then proceeded to play games by refusing to give him a receipt for this month's payment. They attempted to physically throw him out of the office without said receipt. I strongly advise ALL car shoppers to AVOID this car lot. Once you've driven the car off the lot, they don't want to hear from you, unless you're making a payment. They claim that their cars undergo a 37 point inspection. I find this extremely difficult to believe, since we've had to replace every system on this vehicle, including the fuel and cooling systems. They claim that they are retiring, but we have doubts about that too. Anthony and Steve have been completely dishonest and have made no attempt to show that they care at all about good references or repeat business.
