So far, so good. Brought my 4mo pup for our first visit today. All of the staff were kind and Dr. Paige Holum sat right on the floor at my dog's level for most of the visit. She gave a lot of great advice and perspective I hadn't thought of before for training my newest fur baby. I don't have a lot of history with the Eagan Pet Clinic yet, but plan to continue care there for any of Zeus' needs!

I have been coming to Eagan Pet Clinic for about ten years. I've seen every doctor and they are all AMAZING! I see Dr.Peterson more regularly because my French Bulldog Orville has had many health concerns and she is always so attentive and makes sure to explain everything to me in a way I understand (basically in layman's terms lol) The whole staff at EPC is so kind, they always greet us with smiles and make sure we are comfortable. I also find them to be extremely affordable compared to vets I've been to in the past! I don't think I've ever had a dog that enjoys going to the vet more than Orville and that wouldn't be without the incredible staff at EPC

They do a fine job but feels like they are on the high side with pricing. Paying for the convenience, I guess.

She was defecating outside the litter box. She was hungry all the time. They were unconcerned about the weight loss and explained the litter box issue on arthritis (not officially diagnosed as such). From bloodwork, my cat was diagnosed with early-early stage 1 renal failure. I was told to reduce her phosphorus intake and come back in 6 months. I was also told she needed to lose another pound (even though the 1 pound already lost was from an undetermined cause) and she was eating constantly. There has been no follow-up from the vet since the exam. I decided to obtain a second opinion, as I found the veterinarian's concern over her issues to be dismissive and the guidance to be lacking. From the results of the second wellness exam not only was my cat found to have stage 1 renal failure, but she also has severely deteriorated eyesight, a heart murmur, and thickening of the intestinal wall. We started a B12 protocol, began transitioning her diet to gentler food to help her kidneys work more effectively and reduce the inflammation of her intestines. She has a follow up in 2 months and the vet has emailed me weekly to see how my cat is doing. Had I waited 6 months for a checkup my cat would have likely died. I DO NOT recommend this veterinary practice.

I have two labradoodles and they offer great care and when my female labradoodle had to be operated on, they were remarkable. They're exactly what we hoped for. It just worked better paying it monthly.

Beforehand, I was thinking, "how good can a vet inside of a PetSmart be?" I just really needed to get my cat in SOMEWHERE, and with haste. But as it turned out, Banfield in Eagan was incredible. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily over the phone-- receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Our appointment was with Dr. Pagnotta and WOW was he thorough with my cat. Besides the vaccinations she needed, my cat was having litterbox issues. Dr. Pagnotta took care of everything for us, even spending over an hour with our appointment just collecting data from my cat and I to ensure the best treatment and plan of action going forward for her. Following the initial appointment, my cat needed a dental cleaning and they were able to get her in within the same week. Dr. Pagnotta suggested taking a look at my cat's anal glands while she was under anesthesia for the dental work, and I permitted it. My cat had been experiencing pain in that area for awhile-- turns out her glands were severely full and needed to be expressed. After her procedure, Dr. Pagnotta called me and gave me a detailed rundown on everything that happened during the appointment and updated me on my cat's current state. I was beyond pleased to hear exactly everything that went on while she was there. I felt grateful knowing that my cat was in good, caring hands. Our experience with Banfield and Dr. Pagnotta was excellent. I've already recommended them to my family and friends, but thought they should have my online review as well! Thanks Dr. Pagnotta and Banfield staff!

I got my dog during covid times and was never allowed to be with him during his appointment or anytime after that at my last vet. I was so happy this place allowed me to go back with my dog. The people in the back were really friendly. The people in the front were very busy and didn't even acknowledge when I greeted them goodbye. It seemed like 3 of the 4 ish people sitting in the front are just taking calls and doing appointments, which surprised me they had them sitting up front in the lobby. I think the front-end customer service could be better. They do have service plans for the animals and I did sign up for that. I hope it is worth it as it was spendy (as all of them are, but my dog's health is worth it) and now they have increased the prices. I'm glad I paid in full for the year before the prices increased. Again, the care he received thus far was great.

The staff is always so responsive and accommodating and kind. The pricing is fair and transparent with care packages available to help with pets who may need some extra help. And when the time came to say goodbye to my cat, the process was handled with gentleness and dignity. I have had a lot of negative experiences with other veterinary practices over the years which made me really nervous about finding a good doctor when I moved to a new area - I feel really lucky to have found Vet Partners and will trust any animal of mine to their top-notch care.

This time Sophie was attacked by another dog at group playtime. She received two deep punctures in her left flank and abdomen. The boarding kennel took her to Southview where they treated her - cleaned her wounds, sewed her up, gave her pain meds and antibiotics etc. The kennel called our son who is our emergency contact here and he called us early in the morning in California. Of course we were shocked and worried - after all we had left Sophie in what we expected to be safe place. We called Southview and spoke with Dr Mahanke. She spent a long time describing Sophie's injuries, treatment and prognosis which was good. Sophie was returned to the kennel where she was placed in confinement and where the staff did an excellent job of caring for her. She was returned to Southview for a check and Dr Mahanke called us and gave us a positive update we also set an appointment for Sophie after we returned. Sophie came home in good spirits but wearing an Elizabethan collar which was necessary but made feeding etc very awkward and uncomfortable We returned to Southview but Dr Mahanke was ill so we saw Dr Lee who removed her stitches and the Elizabethan collar much to Sophie's and our relief. Both of the vets and the vet tech were very friendly and they obviously cared very much about Sophie's well being. My wife and I were very pleased and would consider using Southview for routine car but it is a very long drive for us.
