I made an online order through the link distributed by my son's youth football organization. After ordering a shirt for my son, I was not confident in the size I had selected. There was no sizing chart available to confirm my choice. After submitting my order, I reached out to the email provided through said link. Within my email I indicated that I was having some "sizing remorse". My hope was that if in fact it would be too small, that I would still have time to make an amendment to my order. Within 24 hours I received a response from an employee of E.A. Graphics named Nick who was to the point and answered my question. For that I was appreciative.
Though I had no issue with the ordering process or with Nick and his response, it was actually most disappointing to read the email trail from his colleagues below his response; in which their Marketing Manager clearly thought my verbiage was a joke. I responded, thanked Nick, and indicated I didn't appreciate that. I think people should know that they may be sitting at their desk's chuckling about you if you have a question, and that they clearly do not have much attention to detail before sending employee's contact information and comments off to a customer.
It's a very small world in general and additionally thanks to social media. You never know who may know you, your company, or who may be the hiring manager at a prospective place of employment for you as an individual in the future. This is a local to me, MI company, of which I would prefer to support. However, it is thoroughly irritating to read the comments. For next year's order, if E.A. Graphics is the vendor, I will certainly be thinking twice about ordering.
Buyer's beware of the questionable integrity of the employees within this company. read more
