Macy's Shopping Experience…read more While I did find everything I was looking for, my visit to Macy's turned into a much longer shopping trip than expected. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. While the quality of the clothing--especially professional wear--is still excellent, the overall shopping experience felt inconvenient and disappointing. Thank you Dawn

I'm so glad that I stopped in here in 2024 buying tennis shoes that are Red Skechers that I wear for Red Wing Hockey games. I was helped at this store by a man and I had bought boots for my dad for his birthday. they were…read morejust a little loose so we came back 4 different times to try to exchange them and they were closed every-time. we finally came back when they were open. the man wouldn't let us exchange them because my dad had tried them on. he didn't wear them anywhere or get them dirty. but because he had tried them on he wouldn't take them back. we just wanted an exchange no money back or anything. when I told him he had just tried them and they weren't even on his feet for more than 5 minutes, he got really mad and swore at me and kicked me out. I don't recommend going here, i feel cheated because I paid a pretty penny for these boots and I just wanted ones that fit him.
