We just got under contract with E2. We are working with Dustin. So far they have really on the ball and I am anxious for the next step.

What a complete opposite experience in customer service between the two! Ely and Tom responded promptly while the other company took a week to get back to us after submitting a web form. We booked an appointment with Tom! It has been a couple months now and we know we made the right decision going with Meet You There. Our solar system is out-performing our expectations! Tom took the time to explain how he felt the system should be configured and he nailed it. On top of the quality work, it was affordable too! Thank you Ely, Tom and Jake for the positive experience! We recommend you all the time to friends and other campers we meet. :) In our opinion, you are the only option for RV solar in the Bend area!

I found "Meet You There RV Repair & Inspection" while searching Google Maps for "certified RV…read moreinspector" near Albuquerque, New Mexico in February 2021. My wife and I were very excited about buying a used travel trailer we had located in ABQ, but we wanted a reliable estimate of how much repair it would require before we finalized that $18,000 purchase. I was very impressed with the many 5-star customer reviews these inspectors (Tom & Ely) had received, so I requested a quote. The inspection price was hefty, but I was very impressed with their professionalism, their timely responses to all my inquiries, and how detailed the inspection would be. I decided it would be an investment worth making considering I had $18K at stake. Tom & Ely spent over 6 hours inspecting the RV in question and delivered an interactive web site and a 59-page PDF report with over 60 photos including 360-degree GoPro images that give a "virtual tour" of key spots inside and outside of the trailer. The detailed report was carefully organized with serious "Life Safety" issues up front, "Major Issues" next, then "Minor Issues" and a miscellaneous "Notice / Comment" section at the end. This made it much easier for my wife and I to prioritize all the issues discovered and decide whether we were willing to invest our money and our time making all those repairs. In our case, we decided this RV was clearly not worth the risk! The number and type of major + minor issues indicated this RV had not received the most basic proper maintenance over the past 3 years and it suggested more hidden water damage beyond what is currently visible in any inspection. Now I might have discovered some of the 21 issues on this particular RV on my own, running an amateur inspection with some checklist downloaded from the web somewhere. But I am 100% certain I would *never* have discovered the number and detail of the issues that Tom & Ely uncovered and carefully documented for us. And I would probably have had a tough time sorting the truly important issues from the minor issues. Bottom line: There is no substitute for true expertise and "Meet You There RV Repair & Inspection" did a superb job protecting us from a very expensive mistake!

I have never felt so totally screwed by ANY company or anybody in my 85 years of dealing with…read morepeople or a business. When Purelight Power was giving me their sales pitch I told them that my roof was 18 years old. I asked them what would happen if I needed a new roof in the next few years. I was told they would do a thorough roof inspection before installing the panels to make sure there were no problems, and that most "20-year" roofs lasted much longer. They also told me that if I had to have my panels removed, they would do it for $100 per panel removal, and $100 per panel reinstalment. After the roof inspection, on March 27, 2023, I wrote a $500 check for earnest money. In April I wrote another check for $16,500 to start the project. In June I wrote a check for $16,500 after completion of the project. In February of 2024, one of my neighbors, in an adjacent lot, was having his roof replaced because of hail damage from a storm in March of 2023. I had my roof inspected and it was determined that there was extensive hail damage. My insurance company had its inspector take a look and they AGREED that there was extensive damage to the roof. They gathered information from the U.S. Weather Service and verified that a severe hailstorm had been in the area early in March 2023. To date, 9 houses in my immediate area have had or are having roof replacements from that same storm. When I contacted Daniel Shipley at Purelight Power he told me that they would not take the panels off for the "word of mouth" price. After a second call when I asked how much they would charge, he told me that they wouldn't take them off unless they could get the contract for the roof replacement. I told him that I already had signed a contract with a roofing company. All I needed was to have the panels removed. Mr. Shipley told me that Purelight Power would not take the panels off of my roof for any price - unless they would get the entire roofing project. The roofing company told me to contact a solar company they had dealt with in the past. When the panels were removed, the owner informed me that a panel was damaged due to incorrect installation. They pulled 6 additional damaged panels off of the roof. I contacted Daniel Shipley at Purelight Power, and of course, he blamed the damage on the other company removing the panels incorrectly. So, here I sit not wanting to place defective panels back on the roof, and Purelight Power is refusing to deal with me in any way to resolve my dilemma. I believe that Purelight Power, through their representative Daniel Shipley, has been totally dishonest with me.

RUN - This Company is a Nightmare…read more We were completely misled by Klick Solar and regret ever trusting them. The sales rep made big promises: solar panels with a battery, drastically reduced utility bills, and a sleek presentation showing us "real numbers" on his laptop. It sounded great, so we signed--$50,000 gone in a heartbeat. Then came the nightmare. No battery, despite being clearly promised. No formal documents ever sent--just what we were shown during the pitch. Zero accountability--calls are outsourced overseas, and reps just say whatever to get you off the line. Unsafe installation--the inspector found wires hanging out and failed the inspection. PTO (Permission to Operate) was delayed 5 more months. Lien on our brand new home because Klick didn't pay their own subcontractor, Greentect Renewable. After hundreds of emails and calls, they finally set up a payment plan--but the lien is still there. And now, 6 months in, the panels are "on" but producing no energy. So we're stuck paying our utility bill AND the solar loan, with holes in our roof and worthless panels that don't even work. This company is beyond unprofessional. They're disorganized, dishonest, and in way over their heads financially. The only "green" they care about is your money. DO NOT TRUST KLICK SOLAR. You'll lose your money, your peace of mind, and possibly your home. Learn from our mistake and run in the opposite direction.

Our panels were placed in mid February and klick did not alert the city promptly to come do inspection and when inspection was finally scheduled no one alerted us of when it would be, luckily we were home for it. They found a number of issues that would take klick almost a month to come check out and many calls on our part to get them here. We finally got the pto and when we turned on the panels it appeared to be working, however on the app no connection was detected. We called yet again asking for the project coordinator for us and have still never received a call from them. As of now, end of May, our panels are "on" but still not producing energy as expected. In addition to all of this, KLICK DID NOT PAY THE THIRD PARTY COMPANY THAT DID THE INSTALLATION OF PANELS, RESULTING IN A LEIN BEING PLACED ON OUR HOME! This company also jacks up the cost of these systems and over promise on everything!!! This is completely ridiculous and I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT USE KLICK SOLAR!!
