This was my first time visiting this washateria. Overall, the customers inside were very kind and…read morehelpful, and they took the time to show me how to operate the machines, which I really appreciated since I'm new to the area. When I went next door to ask for assistance, however, my experience was different. The staff member I spoke with was not very polite, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Because I'm new and had a large amount of laundry, I asked a few regular customers whether it was okay to step away briefly and they assured me that my clothes would not be touched. To be safe, I also set an alarm so I could return on time. When I came back, I noticed that my clothes had been removed from the washer and placed in a basket. I didn't have an issue with my clothes being placed in a basket so other customers could use the machines. What concerned me was that some of my clothes were placed on top of the washer, and no one came to inform me that my laundry had been moved. The staff member I spoke with earlier walked past me several times without saying anything, and then left before I could address the situation. When I spoke with the young lady at the front, she acknowledged that clothes are not supposed to be placed on top of the washers, but the issue had already occurred. The interaction felt dismissive, and I didn't feel that my concern was fully understood. I believe better communication and more courtesy toward customers especially first-time visitors would greatly improve the experience here.

Anthony miss diagnosed my boat and was going to charge me $4800. for eight fuel injectors. I did…read morenot agree with him and I took the fuel injectors to a different technician and all eight fuel injectors tested good. When I pulled my boat out of his shop to get the repairs done by a different technician Anthony got mad and went up on his diagnostic charges from $1200. to $1600. I live on the lake and did not own a trailer. Anthony came and picked up my boat with his trailer and he damaged the propeller on my forward facing drive and refuses to pay for the repair of the propeller. I went and purchased a trailer just to get my boat away from Anthony.

We live in Kingwood, which is about 40 miles or an hour away from Conroe Golf Cars, but after…read morehearing so many glowing referrals from neighbors in our community, we knew this was the place to go for the best golf cart at the best price. And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! I had already visited several other golf cart dealers and worked through pricing with them, but apparently, I saved the best for last. When we arrived, Charlie Liller greeted us, and from that moment on, it was clear why everyone raved about him. We looked at numerous carts and even took four for a test drive. Charlie answered every question we had on the spot, giving us a thorough rundown of the pros and cons of each model. He was knowledgeable, honest, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured--Charlie has the patience of Job! After carefully reviewing all the options, we finally settled on a Club Car with a lithium battery. The negotiation process was smooth and easy, and once we agreed on a price, we were in and out with just the swipe of a credit card. Now we're eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new cart this Wednesday! Charlie and Conroe Golf Cars absolutely live up to the hype, and now I understand why they're the talk of the town, even in communities like ours, an hour away. If you want the best experience, the best selection, and top-tier customer service, go see Charlie at Conroe Golf Cars. You won't be disappointed!
