Their phone number only had a "bot" answer the call and having a bot answer the call did not make me feel as if my personal property was going to be secure or professionally handled, and it most certainly did not tell me that they provided true 24/7 courier services. When I found 4th And 1, I was immediately impressed with the fact that at 10:30 PM, They answered the call with professionalism and by utilizing technology I was put at ease. I am located 300 miles or more outside of Atlanta and this was not a hindrance.
