An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

"Before Elemental, the unlikely family of hip-hop music, real fashion, intelligent discourse and next-level photography and design weren't even seen as distant cousins by the media." - from their website Big ups to the writers for articles always worth reading. Elemental really covers artists, issues and stories like no one else. The design is fresh but pretty clean and tight at the same time. They always have someone good on the cover even if you don't know them. There is usually an article by an MC inside at least a page long. Graffiti and reviews in the back. I like it mostly for the police blotter type stories which I find interesting and amusing unless it's a serious crime like assault and other felonies which I don't find interesting or amusing but makes me angry as hell. Good local paper to see what's going on in queens and upcoming events that's not usually advertised in local papers or news media outlets. 4.5 stars for good reading material while having breakfast in Astoria on Sundays .

The Queens Gazette often announces events as the Saint Patrick's Day parade in Flushing and in The Rockaways. Queens, home to the 1964 and 1965 New York World's Fair, two airports, and Aqueduct Racetrack!

On September 20th 2019, I made a payment and agreement with David Greaves Joanna Williams via email. The agreement was for Our Time Press Newspaper to run a notice in their legal section once a week for 4 weeks. The Notice was supposed to start on September 26th, and run every Thursday for 4 weeks, but Mr. Greaves and Ms. Williams both seem to have forgotten about my notice. I was forgiving, because mistakes do happen; however, they did not run my last notice on October 24th. Their response time throughout, was days late or nonexistent, and furthermore their location at 358 Classon Avenue in Brooklyn, New York has just now, permanently closed as of 10/28/2019.
