When both Capital One and Chase were giving us trouble during the hurricane, Wells Fargo gave us no trouble at all. Nobody would give us the funds we needed in cash because of the "emergency"... And Wells Fargo did. This is the only branch in Western New York that I visited on a regular basis and I also like the design of the building right on the corner of the central area in the middle of Orchard Park so I have to give them a good high rating... and they're friendly as well.

I love my bank! Though I rarely need to do business inside, when I do, the staff in every…read moredepartment wants to help. I've worked a lot with Buffy, who is just as adorable as her name suggests. We have had kind of difficult accounts in the past because my husband worked overseas for a while, but she helped me link up what needed to be linked, helped me get the right account for our needs, and was a champ when it came to having to do a notary signature for the same documents more than once because of an error on my part. After Northwest took over for First Niagara, this branch was so helpful during that rough two-day transition. My husband dealt with a girl (Christa/Krista) who also turned out to be a lifesaver for us. I feel like she went above and beyond on more than one occasion to save us money & help us figure out an error on our account. I truly appreciate that every so often I'll get a call from the security department to go through recent transactions, just to make sure things are the way they should be. Northwest offers online banking, deposits through their app, Apple Pay, and all the other great technological advances in banking. This bank is a prize in our community, and this branch specifically is worth bragging about. If you need a bank, I highly recommend Northwest.
