When…read moreI got back to my hotel room, I found that there was only one sock in the package (I suspect the other was used as the model on display) I though I'd learned a lesson about checking before buying anything, but figured there was no downside in writing an email to the store, thinking that maybe someone would be coming downtown for the race and could drop the missing sock off at the hotel. They mailed me a pair along with some extra goodies for the inconvenience. It's a level of service I never expected.
