I recently bought one of there reconditioned laptops for myself and absolutely over the moon with it. Happened to me twice. First time I was waiting more than two weeks to fix my laptop. This time (it was Monday when I brought my laptops) I asked will I have to wait again and I've been told it should be fixed by Friday. I needed to put the protection on new laptop and transfer data from the old one. On Tuesday, the next week I phoned and got the information that they still working on it and should be ready in few hours. The next day I went to pick it up and young man went up to bring it but it wasn't fixed. They didn't touch that laptops. So I took it and left. I recommend Fair City IT Solutions. Put my laptop in here as it stopped working, so I took it in as it looks quite a professional little business and I'm all for helping out the local trade. I told the salesman that It was quite urgent that It gets fixed as soon as he could as I use this partly for my work. got call 5 days later saying it needed a new hard drive. 2 weeks later I had to phone up and ask whats going on, 3 days later I just went in and asked for It back. It was ready but not impressed with the £110 bill for a 30 min job that took 3 weeks. I should have known from the start when my receipt had a note on it saying in block capitals don't phone up for your computers progress!! read more

I can't fault the service from E Computers. Chas and the team have always looked after my computers and laptops and the service has always been first class. Any repairs have been carried out quickly (usually same day) and the price charged is very reasonable. My laptop stopped working just before i was due to print off my holiday flight tickets. The guys in the shop fixed it for me the same day and even printed my tickets out for me for free. Great service and smashing shop. read more
