I stepped in Mail Boxes ETC with my bread machine, I asked the price of packing and sending it and I was happy with the first and only option I was aware of. I asked when the box will reach the destination, the person said Monday/Tuesday. It all sounded suitable, so I fulfilled the form with all the details and paid with credit card for packing and sending it (packing= 10£ sending = 40£) very satisfied in term of pricing. Later on during the week (Wednesday), an email was sent to me with the detail of the shipment and the address was incorrect (the wrong house number) and the email was meant to be sent to the receiver.I contacted Mail Boxes ETC by phone, they checked my address and they assured me that the box will arrive home. Apparently the mistake was only in the email sent content. I also informed him that I was told it will reach the destination by Monday or Tuesday, the person replied it was an approximation and no promises were given. After my experience with Mail Boxes ETC considering the price I would say this company is a good alternative. In term of customer service they were friendly, warm and quite casual yet I would rate it average mainly because they expected me to know about the verity of services Mail Boxes ETC offer and decide on my own. If you are lazy ( like me) and know nothing nor bothered to know much :D with a desperate desire of having your parcel packed and sent while paying a bit more for extra peace of mind in this case, maybe Mail Boxes ETC is not the best option. Try to avoid going to Mail Boxes ETC and expect them to give you a complete tour guide about the different options they offer. Taking the time to find out more details about the different services and condition Mail Boxes ETC offer and decide for yourself can bring better results.

Judging from the amount of completed printing lying around, it is a well used service. Their website is well worth a visit, and has comprehensive information on all the services they offer, as well as giving you the option to track and trace shipments, get quick quotes for parcels, and rent mailboxes, all from the home page. It is slick and professional-looking, which helps to add to the credibility of the company. I couldn't fault the job they did for me, and have given them a rating of 3 stars. The true test for Mailboxes Etc would be with a bulk printing order, but I would have no qualms about using them again.

I have a friend who has an E-Bay shop and usually dispatches her stuff through Mailboxes and has never had any problems with their courier service. In addition to postage services, Mailboxes also offers a print and copy service so ideal if you need to print off lots of flyers for an event.

Helped everybody in the queue, got our few items printed, but the icing on top of the cake: The zipper on my boots broke (unfixable, on holiday & only have a pair of running shoes as back up, these were my fav go to boots to wear w/ everything!) & this man not only directed us to the nearest shoe repair store, but he fixed me up (i.e. taped my boots so I could wear them around til I could get to said shoe repair store and/or a store to purchase new shoes ;-) I felt like Cinderella as the prince was fitting her glass slipper, the way he carefully taped my boots. What every seasoned traveler finds by moving around is that unexpected things happen and it's not so much what happens to us as it is what we do with the collection of experiences. But what I can say is that things have a way of turning the way they are meant to, as evidenced by having authentic connection with everyone here. If I force myself to look past the widescreen boredom that is this shop then I can appreciate that it is actually filled with very useful services. If you need a special mail box because you don't trust the one at your house then this is a good shop to go to. If like me you need to get lots of things photocopied and have very little money I give this a big Yelp stamp of approval. It also offers quite cheap Internet access so if you are in the area and freak out about needing to update your Twitter or check how much spam your email account has then pop in.
