They helped me with the renovation of my main floor flex space in my new townhouse and converted it to a bachelor suite for my adult daughter. They handled the designs, permits, construction and installations of everything - without a hitch. They have solid and consistent procedures regarding communication, scheduling and change orders and cost tracking. There were no missing tasks, no bad estimates and no ugly surprises at the end when the final bill was issued. OK, so that is the how - now let me tell you about the who... Tony and Esther are great listeners and responsive to design ideas and logistics and very experienced. You can tell they are good friends and colleagues and care about their work. The project manager, Tom is very knowledgeable and is a calming and experienced force, who juggles all the meticulous subcontractors. Then there is Noah, the main worker on my project. He is that truly descent and very hard worker that you are happy to deal with everyday of your project. He was always happy to listen to any questions or concerns and made sure he answered my questions or passed on the necessary information to the office and then would update me as soon as possible. Lastly, a shout out to the office manager who is a master at multi-tasking and answering any and all questions. I am glad I used Easy Installations and T-square because they know their stuff and they don't cut corners and my new suite shows it. My daughter absolutely loves it too! I highly recommend them to anyone reading this and I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbours.

We paid the first deposit for our small kitchen renovation project on December 24, 2021. The…read moreproject started as scheduled in April 2022. Everything proceeded over the next 4 months with average delays due to supply chain and staff shortages. There was no proactive communication about these delays, I was left waiting for responses to emails on most occasions except when I included the office administrator in the communication. I expressed this frustration with the lack of customer service to the project manager, Tom, to the office admin, Dana and to the owner, Tony at the beginning of August, asking for more timely communication. By end of September 2022 the final pieces that were on back order were installed and we had updated the deficiency list with some very minor fixes. There was a site visit at the end of October to address some of the deficiency list items. I never heard back from anyone from Easy Installations or T-Square until end of January 2023. By that point I had assumed they were not coming back and I was managing most of the deficiencies on my own. I expressed this confusion to Tom. Over the next month there were a couple more miscommunications for scheduled site visits and a final painting to address the original deficiency list from September. Although there were still small fixes to do, I was DONE with this project. There was a visit by Tom mid February 2023 to present the final bill where I asked to have a meeting with Tony to discuss my final bill and the project overall. I waited over 10 days when the office contacted me to schedule a walk through for our deficiency list??!! After calling the office and explaining our project status, it became clear that all the admin and accounting staff were new and not up to date. We schedule a final bill meeting at my home on February 27, 2023. At that meeting Tony did not attend, instead Tom presented my bill saying he had talked to Tony about it. The lack of customer service, follow up, follow through and general miscommunications has made this project end on a very negative note. My kitchen is complete and I am satisfied with the end product in general (with some minor deficiencies that I refuse to wait for any longer) but I CAN NOT recommend Easy Installations or T-Square as a company that operates with any sense of customer service or integrity.

She knew nothing and when she, twice, asked for help from the more experienced staff, they answered her and then abandoned her, despite it being obvious she was struggling. After 30 minutes I still didn't have a quote for a standard shower set as she still couldn't figure out the pricing, the parts etc. I asked her to email me the quote when she got it figured out and left. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for her email.

Why were they in the book? While we did get a quote on a less preferred brand that at least had a few fabrics we liked reasonably well, being the picky type, we finally decided to go elsewhere. I have no problem recommending Budget Blinds. My spouse and I just didn't feel like continuing on to ordering after the disappointing issues with an out of date sample catalogue. I think they need to do a better job with their communications and customer service. Their estimator really tried though to make us happy.

There are only a few Brother Sewing Machine Dealers on the island, not in my town. So after doing (Google) search, and making some telephone calls directly to the stores in Victoria, I came to the decision that Sawyer Sewing Centre is the best place to purchase my sewing machine; the most important reason being their in-house aftercare support. I talked with Judy at the store twice, and she was great. So we drive to Victoria for a couple hours to purchase a Brother sewing machine, letting Judy know which day I would come in. On arriving Victoria, we went directly to Sawyer sewing Centre. The store has many sewing machines of many makes. Judy was so kind and gave me a demonstration, as well as letting me try key points, on the particular model that I was interested in, and helped me through the purchase process, even setting up the Brother's warranty process at the purchase time. She was just awesome, making the process so smooth and easy. She even told me that if I had questions after I went back home, we can FaceTime to help me. Wow. I enjoyed shopping at Sawyer Sewing Centre so much that, after a couple nights' stay in Victoria, we went back to the store to purchase the task lamp - which has proved very useful after a few days' sewing - and various supplies for my sewing on the way back home. Judy got me all ready to start sewing so on returning home, I have already finished a couple project in one week time. Knowing that if something goes wrong, I can have a knowledgeable store such as this with helpful and experienced staff like Judy in Victoria, I feel so at ease and excited about my new sewing machine. If anyone wants a sewing machine, I recommend this store.
