They are very thorough in cleaning all areas of my home including little areas that previous cleaning people ignored, for example vacuuming the screen door tracks, climbing on step stools and dusting pictures that are too high to reach. Most important is the level of comfort I have with them, they are all extremely honest and trustworthy which is my top priority when choosing a cleaning crew. (am posting this to both E&W Cleaning listings) Can't say enough about these ladies who come to clean my home! I use them mostly for a big annual clean or before entertaining. They are amazing (and very affordable)! They are efficient, thoughtful, detail oriented, and quick, yet work with you and around your family and pets. In addition to cleaning things like stoves, ovens, refrigerators, showers, bathtubs, floors, carpets, and the like, they also will make up your beds and shelves, making them look nice and presentable. 3 of them cleaned my four level condo shiny and sparkling in 2.5 hours (and did I mention for a reasonable, low cost - less than $300). Warning - Do not use the cleaners from this company, you will find things missing. There are 3 cleaners that come to your house, so be careful. Bottom Line: Not worth a clean house, if you can't trust people inside it. read more

My house was filthy. I had workers in and out of my house for over a month, plus I have 2 dogs and a cat. I have never had anyone clean because didn't't think they would do it with the care I put into it. I was so wrong! Three women csme, each took on specific tasks. One stayed in the kitchen, one did the bathrooms and one the floors. My house is do clean and I am so glad I called. I am now debating if I should have them come monthly, quarterly or get crazy and come every 2 weeks! You will not regret using them!! read more

I needed help with my moms house and she is not easy to work with! Jennifer took all of my requests for specific areas that needed help and she directed her team to focus on those areas. The result is that my moms house looks great! They worked very hard and got it done quickly. My mom also loved these ladies and was very appreciative. I have used this company for almost over 7 years and they are the absolute best. Periodically, I have tried other cleaning services, but there is just no comparison. Jennifer and her cleaning crews are the most meticulous, thorough and superior in every way. And on each visit, they rotate a few deep-cleaning tasks that are outside of the standard home cleaning routine. Also, each crew is fast and efficient; they never take more than 2 hours to clean the entire house. Most importantly, I know all of the people that come and I trust them in my home. At first, this cleaning service was adequate at best, basically the price was right at $50 an hour for a 3 man crew! The longer I used this service the worse it became! Slow working 3 man crew (not really men but actually older women) driving the time up by doing everything so slow, only to make more money for the job! The cleaning itself was sloppy & half a-- you know, things getting broken, and when the owner Jennifer wanted a picture of what got broken, I also included a photo of a dirty paper towel I used to clean my own kitchen floor after her maids had supposedly mopped just prior to me finding the dirt! She proceeded to call me and berate me over the phone about me making such a big deal about the incident!! When I was only trying to give her feedback about her service and was just asking her to speak to her staff about being a little more careful when cleaning at my house, she went on to tell me that my house was dirty & messy and her maids complain to her after having to clean my house, uh?? Last time I checked Yelp for a CLEANING SERVICE, you advertised your business as such, but your now going to tell me your maids complain about cleaning mess & dirt????? Isn't that what I'm paying YOU for??!! Jennifer the owner, was rude & obnoxious and VERY unprofessional in her attitude & language used over the phone to me! Needless to say I will NEVER use this service again, and would highly recommend you DO NOT use them either! read more
