As they were doing the bathroom remodel and installing new exhaust systems, they noticed that our current exhaust system was dumping all the humid air from the bathroom into the attic (instead of routing it outside). We did not know this was happening. They corrected the issue for us, which we are very grateful for. They are not the cheapest but they also work to take the extra steps to ensure satisfaction in the project which goes a long way. Renovations are stressful but working with them made the entire process a lot more smooth and took away a ton of the stress.

After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.

We initially reached out to GIS because my engagement party was being held at my family's home, and we needed the interior repainted. We also decided to replace the outlets for a fresher look. Tony and Mark were the ones who came out to get everything started, and the inside looks absolutely beautiful now! After the party, we decided to take things a step further and have the wood flooring in our living room replaced to match the rest of the house. Once again, Tony, Mark, and their team were incredible, fast, detail-oriented, and so professional. The attention to detail during both the removal and installation of the flooring really stood out. During that project, my grandmother mentioned a few floorboards in her bedroom that had started to buckle. When Mark came to inspect, he discovered moisture beneath the boards and immediately walked us through all possible scenarios. Together with Tony, he helped us find a solution and identified that the issue came from a window that hadn't been properly sealed, allowing water to leak inside. While that was unexpected, we were so thankful for their honesty and transparency throughout the process. Once the window, wall, and flooring were repaired, her room has never looked better! We also had the inside and outside of our fireplace redone, which looks amazing, along with refreshed caulking in both bathrooms that really gave the spaces a clean, updated look. We completed the job in full, on time, and under a signed contract. After the work was done, Tony Gomez and GIS Contracting LLC refused to pay the remaining $13,600 they owe us. Repeated invoices, calls, and emails have been ignored thill this day 08/14/25. This is not just bad business -- it's a breach of trust that hurts local contractors who show up, do the work, and expect to be paid what was promised. If you're a contractor, supplier, or business owner, think twice before working with GIS Contracting LLC or Tony Gomez. Get every protection in writing, and be prepared to enforce it. Learn from my experience before it becomes yours. PS: GIS will comment under here saying the matter has been resolved but in fact nothing was ever resolved.

They also completed the work during the same appointment. Eli, the owner was very professional. He had 2-3 techs with him who were also very professional. Eli explained what he was inspecting and the results of that inspection with pics and videos sent for every thing they were doing. It was a pleasant and calming experience because Eli explained everything in a way that I could clearly understand. They cleaned the HVAC, every vent in our house, and our dryer vent. We had our house built in 2020 and never had these things cleaned. We also have dust coming out of our vents in the ceiling which was a tell tell sign that something was going on. The dyer vent was atrocious, the HVAC, and vents were as well. They cleaned all of those things, and cleaned up any mess that fell on the floor. Oh, and the smell after they were finished was amazing! Well worth every penny!
