There's a giant white one that puts it's lack of colorful luster behind a cock-of-the-walk crow it peels off every 15 minutes of so. It's like Pride Rock ova heah. (And while they're swell to look at, this isn't a petting zoo, so keep your hands to yourself.) Inside the store, there's a heckin plethora of stuff for every animal in your life: crickets, seed and nectar for birds; treats, chews and kibble for dogs; oats, salt wheels and - oh, I don't know - milk thistle for horses? There are live chicks for purchase. There's a house bunny (hello Wilbur!). There's event a consignment room, with mostly saddles, crops and other riding equipment. Did I mention farm fresh eggs from their onsite coop? Well, I just did. Super cool place, and I'm surprised I snagged the first to review. But I did, so let's have a farm party!

So excited to see the transformation that somehow all the new construction feels more like going back in time, and like it's always been there! The addition of tables to gather at, cozy couches and corners and beautiful bathrooms really invite people to come spend time rather than just grabbing something on the way by. They're still growing their grocery and gifts selection but have great books, toys and penny candy for kids, plus great books, thank you cards, clam rakes, local make scarves and pottery. Theyre had some local fresh cranberries for sale by the scoop and the pastry case is always full of treats. Theyre still growing do beer and wine and coffee (recently added espresso I haven't tried it yet I'm an iced latte girlie so I'll have to wait for that! We are absolutely enthrallllled with the sandwiches though. The bacon egg and cheese with pimento is something I would never ordinarily try but wow! Even my four year old loves them. My husband is hooked on the turkey, daughter loves the grilled cheese (prob best I've ever had ) and I am stuck on the roast beef on a toasty onion roll with some killer horseradish sauce. So so happy to have this cool, cozy, and friendly spot in our neighborhood!!

Rounding up "farm stands on 6A near Yarmouth Port" during this, the Christmas Tree buying season…read more My Mom's had the Cape Cod Organic CSA for a couple of years, then dropped back to buying a la carte. The produce here is excellent, best-of-breed for fresh and local on the Cape as far as we've experienced, and I do think we've tried every stand that there is or has been over the last fifty years (we remember when there were cows on farms on 6A). The only knock we have on CCO Farm is the usual issue for organic produce: it's pretty expensive. The CSA box was less so but we ended up having more wastage per pound of produce, and the season is just very short up here, to be sure. There's a big plus though that where the stand is is literally adjacent to the food they're growing for you, and the ownership seems very responsible. Bonus Christmas Tree info: they sell balsams / firs for $40 flat rate, mostly taller trees, in good shape and fresh enough, with some wreaths, but on two visits to attempt to buy one this year, we waited around for 15 minutes and nobody showed up to help us or take our money, so we took a pass and went down the road to Cape-Abilities. FWIW.

Leading to the fact that they have an excellent selection of pork products. Fantastic breakfast sausage, great kielbasa and Italian sausage. The staff is friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, it is a bit pricey. But, you know where the food is coming from and it is organic. Worth it to me. Buy fresh buy local.

It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to some of the big townships like Hyannis. The room was absolutely beautiful and well decorated. The bath tub is also a Jacuzzi and great for a relaxing warm bath after an exhausted day trip. Sheila was a great host, very friendly, attentive and helpful. We did not do much research before we came so we had no idea where we should be visiting. Sheila had a lot of brochures and magazine that give us great suggestions. When we asked about the ferry schedule to go to Martha's vineyard, she printed it out a few options for us and circled the price and location for us. So nice! Oh and not forget about breakfast. It was like a feast! A hundred times better than a continental breakfast you get at a hotel. Yogurt, muffins, bread, cereals, assortment of fruits, and also Sheila will make you eggs and breakfast meat according to your preference. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely come back!

When we first arrived she gave us a tour of the entire house which was really nice! She was very helpful with recommendations for local activities. At night she provided wine and cookies by the fire before we went up to bed. There was a cold selection of foods for breakfast: yogurts, fruit, pastries etc. she also offered to cook eggs and bacon for my husband who prefers a hot breakfast- he said the food was good but left a little to be desired. We would stay here again for sure.
