Call themselves a tree service but came and butchered an Avocado tree leaving no canopy to protect the tree from sunburn which if they had any knowledge will cause loss of fruit production. If could give them 0 stars I would. read more

Was referred to E&M Tree by a neighbor, Eddie came by a few days after I called, stayed 15-20 mins, was polite but made no notes. Promised a quote and said his office would call for my email address. Two days later I called his office and gave my email info. A day later they emailed asking what plants/service I was looking for. I discussed that with Eddie at the appt. but I wrote up the plan with photos of plants discussed and emailed it to them. Then Eddie contacts stating he's busy but will get me the quote. More than a week later I sent an email and they responded that the "quote" which was handwritten quickly without details, backdated - was "stuck" in their draft email. No apology, a giggle, dishonest and disrespectful. When people show you who they are, believe them. Next. read more

these people must be illiterate or simply rude.why do they keep leaving their unwanted litter in our yard. I called E&M to request they stop leaving their unwanted flyers . I asked how is it possible they continue to leave the flyers ignoring all our signs. We need our yard free of flyers and newspapers because when we leave we don't want items signaling our absence. I asked if E&M staff don't understand English. If that's the problem. The call receptionist responded "Do you understand Spanish". Wait. What? I'm attempting to ascertain why they continue to disregard our simple No Solicitation messages. This receptionist was clearly missing the point. Then she repeatedly requested I share my address. Uh. No. If they won't pay attention to my MAAAAAAANY signs why should I give away my privacy. They just needs to read and comply with our request. It should not be that hard. read more

These guys are a real class act. The owner is very humble and he knows he has a good team. I was incredibly impressed. The machinery, the thoroughness, the speed... It's all very impressive.. I had a big pepper tree that was very obstructive. Many cars have scraped against it. They took it out in 2 days. It's pretty impressive. They also removed two smaller trees: a palm and a baby avocado tree. They do very clean work and even removed some fencing that was stuck in the ground. I definitely recommend these dudes for any tree work. read more

First time using E & M! They were reasonable and reliable. They also did a great job on the tree trimming and cleaning up afterwards. The only complaint is they did step on the palm berries which stained the concrete. I had to spend some time cleaning the concrete afterwards because the berries have a tendency to stain. Also they did break some of the sprinkler heads but that could be because the area was tight. Overall, I was pleased with their work and will use them again in the future. read more

I called E & M to trim three trees in my backyard. I was provided a quote that was a lot more reasonable than other companies. The guys showed up to work on time and were very friendly. The trees have been cleaned up which is a god send considering the amount of bugs and birds that they were attracting (fruit trees). Once the work was done the guy asked me to take a look and to let him know if there was anything else that needed trimming. They picked up all the trash and disposed of it themselves. Will definitely be calling them back! read more

I thought that was amazing. Within an hour a young man , Eddie, showed up at my house and gave me a quote on the spot. I thought the quote was fair, we shook on it and he said that his guys would be at my house the next day. The next morning the crew showed up , worked their butts off all day and got the job done.
