The company was professional and reached out to me regarding the ETA of the cleaner prior to arrival. The cleaner, Angelica, arrived early and asked me for any allergies we may have and to walk her around to get a good scope of work. I was initially worried about intimidating her because I'm a full time working mother with 3 small boys, so you can imagine what she walked into. Instead she appeared to be up for the challenge, without signs of judgement. She was able to transform my messy space into a place I can come home to with peace of mind. I even got a call afterwards asking if everything was to my liking! Definitely will book again and will highly recommend!

They only supply the labor for $140/ 6 hours. Danuta recommended 1 cleaner for 6 hours, but since this was the first cleaning and our house is 2 stories (3 bedrooms / 3.5 bath), we asked for 2 cleaners for 6 hours. The 2 woman that arrived were cordial, but neither spoke English which made communication difficult (Ukranian & Polish). After 6 hours, they didn't get to all rooms and missed some spots where they did clean. I called Danuta, but did not get a return call.

Even into her early nineties, while taking care of our dad, she cooked, even though she herself wasn't well. Towards the end as her energy waned, her cooking never suffered but the cleaning did. When she passed away, we knew we'd have to host condolence callers and family. With so many other tasks to tackle following Mom's death, my sister and I knew we'd need help with the house. Best Friends Cleaning came to our rescue, fastidiously cleaning not just Mom's beloved much-used kitchen, but the living room, dining room, and a bathroom and family room on a lower level. The crew was friendly, pleasant, prompt, and worked the entire time they were at the house. And boy, do those ladies know how to clean! In just a little over two hours, the place was sparkling. And, by the way, theirs was the lowest bid. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like them, but it just didn't happen…read more Started off not so hot because they were late by 2 hours. I'm told one of them got into a minor car accident, but obviously I don't know if that's the case. I'm inclined to believe them though-no reason not to. Aside from that, the job they did was okay, but I wasn't that impressed. There was a lot that they missed. For example: The counter tops? Clean. The *side* of the counter tops? Not at all. Nor the cabinets, or the outside of the oven. They also pretty much skipped the bathtub save for a quick surface cleaning. If they cleaned the glass doors to the tub/shower, it was not at all obvious. They looked just as dirty as we left them-and I'd actually cleaned them a few days prior. Of course because my boyfriend had to leave and I was out getting my hair done for my birthday, we didn't get to see where they put some of our stuff. I can't find our cat brush at all and my cats are sorely in need of a good brushing. The worst thing of all? Tonight I found out that these "professionals" put my cupcake holder and a few other pots in our oven. Needless to say, the plastic part of it melted and the $24 I spent on it went down the drain. I just can't understand why people who consider themselves professional cleaners would ever leave things in the oven. With the mess they cleaned up, it was pretty obvious we use it. I've been pretty busy lately, so I haven't cooked-which is why it took me this long to notice they put stuff in the oven. I plan to call them tomorrow about getting them to replace the ruined item. Hopefully they will without issue. So yes. I am angry. It was not done to satisfaction for $120. Things looked relatively clean from far away, but when you got closer, you could see that it wasn't as clean as it looked. I don't know if I'll ever find half the stuff they moved. I forgot to add before: They do offer (looks like this is new) 24 hours in which to call and have them fix anything not done right/well, which I appreciated. Only with my family coming into town and what not, it wasn't possible for me to be around for a second cleaning, and honestly, I would've needed to be. There wasn't much of a point to calling and not being around to make sure it was done right (or at all, in some cases) the second time around.

Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. Great job Agnes and I will definitely use you again!
