They've been here for 12 years and they do state emissions quickly with quality without costing you a few hundred dollars. I found their post advertising on All Things Woodlands Facebook page, $18.50 for state inspections now that's a solid deal! It takes you back to the era with simplicity of life and living. The wife was telling about why they keep the price so low. It took the husband less than 20 minutes to inspect my vehicle and pass it. Clean and up to date lobby area; not dismal like a few auto shops I've previously been to where I've gotten my inspections done. The Masters lobby is bright, well lit, with fresh scent. I spent my time chatting with Misses. She even gave me recommendations on a place to get my sticker. Come to The Masters to get your inspection, you won't be disappointed! I came before closing and they didn't have any customers so the wait time was very minimal. I recommend this shop!

Horrible customer service. I walked in and the lady at the front desk just had a rude and short…read moreattitude from the get go. She asked for proof of insurance. No problem, I pulled out my electronic ID card which shows the effective dates and I'm within the current term. She says this isn't good and she needs to see an ID card with the vehicle listed on the policy. I proceed to pull up in the app the proof of coverage which shows the vehicles VIn, my liability limits and deductibles. She then says it has to be the TX ID card itself. She then says I have a 30 minute wait so I have time to "figure it out" with a very rude tone. Ngl I'm not big on writing reviews, especially bad ones. However, after showing her two different proofs of insurance and to still give a tone and talk down to someone like they're dumb, that's not the customer service anyone wants. Won't be going back and currently writing this review in the state inspection place down the road. Funniest part of the interaction was when she was continuing to explain what a Tx ID card is and I'm a Property and casualty insurance agent by profession. I showed her two separate copies. Not a fan and wouldn't recommend coming here. Rude tones, and desk people who don't know what a TX ID card is.
