My minivan had a random phantom electrical draw, so I installed a remote kill switch. It saved the…read morebattery, but resetting the dashboard clock every day quickly became my villain origin story. My brilliant fix? Tearing my dash apart to install a complex DIY backup battery and relay. Unfortunately, I mixed up the wires and accidentally created a makeshift tea warmer as the cables literally began cooking in my hands. Terrified I had fried my radio, I brought the smoking, tangled mess to Jamel. With tools far better than my cheap voltmeter, Jamel calmly found that I somehow had live power running through the ground. Instead of laughing at my accidental dashboard space-heater, he created a simple, elegant solution that fixed everything. Jamel is brilliant, personable, and a total lifesaver. Highly recommend!

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.

With that being the case the 'new' car I bought, an 07 altima, had a crappy factory headunit with no blue tooth capability which is a MUST HAVE for me. As I waited for my last job to be done, I saw an H1 Hummer in the back getting an extensive sound-system installation. I already have a laundry list of things I want them to do to my next car...
