First the building management refused to work with them because they had caused damage at another job in the building that they got based on the floors that they did for me. Now a year later the FLOORING they did two years ago is warping due to bad installation, the kitchen faucets are all loose ( my handyman tightened them), the ceiling peeled where they banged it doing cabinet installation and we found more exposed nails . She routinely forgot to schedule required inspections, which led to delays and created serious problems with permits and approvals. On multiple occasions, she missed scheduled appointments without notice or explanation. These weren't one-off slip-ups--this was a pattern of irresponsibility. Financially, things went from bad to worse. She took money for work that was either never started or only half-finished, and then attempted to rewrite parts of the contract to remove work that had already been paid for.
