He told me yes they did and that they had three of them. So I told him I would be right there to get One so I went right away when I got there they only had one. I looked at it and said I didn't think it would go down my pipes and make the ninety degree turn but they assured me it would so I rented it and took it home and as I thought it was too big so I took it back when I got there Matt asked me if it worked I told him no it didn't. He asked my name and hit buttons on his computer for a few minutes so I thought he was refunding my rental charge instead after 5 minutes he looks up and says (Well is there anything else I can help you with) no offer of a refund or that they would let me use a smaller one when they got it back. I asked why he told me they had three when they only had one and he told me they own three but that didn't mean that they were at the store and he didn't check to see if they were. So just BEWARE IF YOU RENT FROM THEM AND IT DOES NOT WORK YOU WILL NOT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I TALK TO NOTTO GO THERE. !!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I did not want to drive out of the way to get them, so a quick Google search gave me Acme. Acme is located on the Southern part of Madison in Mainstrasse. They look like they've stood the test of time because the area around them is torn down (hopefully to be rebuilt soon), but they are open and ready for whatever you need. I was only getting a simple key copy so I used the free 10 minutes you get at a meter in the front, but apparently there is complimentary parking in the back. I walked in and a younger gentleman assisted me almost immediately. I told him what I needed and even though they seem to have thousands of different shaped keys, he was able to pinpoint the type I needed and make it quickly. I was in and out within five minutes and I only spent $2.50. I'm sure there are more complicated things they do, but I have faith that they'd be able to assist with your lock and key needs. It may take a little longer than my simple need, but I believe it's important to support local businesses like this one that have been doing a solid job at their craft for decades. If I have any other lock/key related jobs or issues, I'll take the extra time to come over here and have it done by Acme.

It's wild to me that I am here writing a review about a bad experience from 10 months ago that I…read morethought was handled, but has actually come back to haunt me. In June of 2023 I called a contacted Acme through Yelp because I had filled out a "project" request. The request was to unlock a residential doorknob of a basement for a property that I managed. I spoke with Acme on the phone to set up a time for them to come out, at which time they gave me a quote for changing the lock. When the person arrived to change it (Mike), he was unable to get the lock opened and said it would have to be completely removed and replaced with a new lock (after, we were able to contact another locksmith who came out and successfully unlocked the doorknob). This was going to take the visit up to over $300 if they provided a lock. I consulted with the person I managed the property for and they wanted me to buy a lock instead of the using one Acme offered due to the price and inability to complete the job. When I informed Mike of this, he became very short and irritated, asking how long it was going to take, and was very inflexible. I once again consulted with the property manager, and due to the unprofessionalism of Mike, and how much the cost had gone up from the initial quote, he decided not to continue the service with Acme. The property owner contacted Acme, who were apologetic, stated we would not have to pay for the service, said they were "grateful" that I did not write a review of my experience. Now here we are, 10 months later and this week I receive a call from Acme. They said they were "clearing some files," found my invoice and were going to send it to me. This invoice was a $175 charge for a visit and labor fee. They also charge an additional 3% processing fee for payments after 10 days of the invoice. I was never informed of a trip fee that would be charged prior to the visit, or that it was expected to be cash on delivery of service. This is something I assumed would have been established when they gave me the quote. I can adamantly say I do not recommend Acme for locksmith services. The inflexibility of the person who came out to complete the work, the lack of transparency with the charges prior to the visit, and the fact that 10 months later they are now trying to charge me $175 speaks to the lack of integrity within the company.

At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. I'd highly recommend checking out Riley's first.

Chris and Dave came to our house, provided us with a couple of different configurations, and spent lots of time with us going over the different types of cabinets, countertops, etc. From knocking out walls and tiles, rewiring, and installation to final product everything was done just as we were promised. The work is top notch, the price quoted is the price we paid, and the Seibel's were great at communicating when things were going to be done. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend them.
