We hired Muscle Movers for a local in-town move. The move itself was fine. The crew handled the job…read moreaccurately. They got everything from point A to point B without major problems. I paid by Zelle through our bank and received confirmation texts from the bank that the transfer had been sent. Within three minutes of completing the transaction I received a phone call from someone at the moving company. From the first moment the tone was aggressive and accusatory. He insisted the payment had not come through and said I would need to provide a debit card instead. I explained that the money had already left our account and sent the bank confirmation texts, including the initial authorization prompt. He then told me that the bank does not send texts. He continued in the same manner. I provided a reference number. He still continued. Only after I sent a screenshot from the bank app showing the funds had been withdrawn and the payment was processing did he calm down. I understand a small business needs to confirm that payment has cleared. The immediate assumption of bad faith and the persistently rude manner, even after multiple forms of proof were provided, were unnecessary and unprofessional. The moving work was acceptable. The handling of this follow-up call was not.

Two months later, the motor blew up because oil was leaking so badly, and it costs her $3,900.00 to get it repaired and 411 Trucks and Auto would not help her fix any of it and I think that is pretty sorry of a business. When you buy a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to make you aware of any problems, so I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and speaking with an attorney. I have never been lied to like she was lied to about a vehicle that cost $6,800.00. That's not alot of money for some people, but for a single mother, it's alot and it's about doing the right thing. I would be leary of this car dealer. They lie straight to your face and sale complete garbage for vehicles. They wouldn't even let her pay them to repair it, then trade it for a different vehicle. That says alot in itself. They don't even trust their on mechanics and won't trade a vehicle they sold less than two months ago for cash. I will add photos of the repair bill once we get it out of the shop. I'm pretty sick right now and honesty is everything in my opinion.

I contacted my insurance company (I have a $100 deductible) for a windshield installer recommendation. The company they recommended was asking $738 for the windshield replacement. When I questioned the price, they said it includes recalibration of the forward facing camera behind the windshield because my car had ADAS features. I searched for other windshield installers and came up on Jerry's Auto Glass Inc., what a fortunate find! Jim at Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. explained to me the forward facing camera did not need to be recalibrated unless the installer was to move it, which a good installer won't do. After learning this, in my view, companies that require camera recalibration before installing a replacement windshield is lining their pockets with an unnecessary service . When I contacted my insurance company to inform them, I was using Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. they still tried to get me to hire their recommendation, even though it would cost them over $400 more for my windshield replacement, stating their recommended company would guarantee the workmanship against leaking for five years I didn't relay this information to Jim at Jerry's auto glass and he stated their workmanship was guaranteed as long as I own the car. Jim took a phone call while I was waiting on my windshield installation to be completed, the caller had a concern of a leak around the sunroof of a Toyota vehicle. Jim gave him advice on cleaning the sunroof drains which might alleviate the problem before spending money by bringing the vehicle in. Now that's awesome for a business owner to do. I saved my insurance company over $400 and I couldn't be happier. Give Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. a try and you'll be pleased too! I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes.

None of the edges of the corner of my windshield were glued correctly it looks like they just…read moreslapped glue around the edges and called it a day and didn't even try to trim it to make it look decent and my mirror especially because there is to much glue and my tint guy could not install my tint on properly because of it, not worth the money in my opinion it's just a rushed job and it shows go to a different shop not worth your time or money.

However, I didn't get the feeling the crew spoke much English and Omar kept going in and out during the packing. I went over several items that I didn't want moved as I was planning to either donate or dispose of them. Well it all went on the truck and got moved to my new address. And plenty of things that should have been moved never made it in the truck. Now I have to hire someone else to dispose of the unwanted items and then move the ones that got left behind. In the end I was charged $1000 more than what was quoted. Deeply disappointed.
