Bob, the salesperson on duty this afternoon, is exactly what you'd want in a salesperson. He gives the information with no pressure. Sitting at the desk in the comfortable & sunny office trailer, I was able to ask all the questions I had about gazebo specifications and options, and get details as well as answers to some other questions that arose after touring the lot. He was also sweet to my little daughter along w me for all this. When we are ready to buy the gazebo, it will almost certainly be from Capitol Sheds Inc.

We looked everywhere....and have always been "do-it-yourself-ers"....so the sticker shock was definitely present, but NOTHING could compare to the quality and beauty of Walpole. We only wanted to do this once . We were immediately called by an extremely nice, professional man...Steve from Walpole (Potomac MD)....who came out (free of charge) to listen to what we needed. He measured and gave us his thoughts and ideas, and returned with a plan. I cannot tell you how nice this fellow was...did not give us a big sales pitch (the fence samples speak for themselves) and he completely understood the $ would be a stretch for us. He never once made us feel like ours was a piddly little job compared to the mega high dollar jobs he often does. Did I mention he was incredibly nice....? So we earned lots of reward points on our AMX and have been smiling ever since! BEST DECISION we have made in years! The process was painless...we debated the color and are delighted we chose the deep green. ... about six weeks later it.took two days to install. I wish I could remember the names of the two men who came out to install...talk about "top shelf whisky"....they had to be the A crew...happy. friendly and totally knew their craft. You would never have known they were here. All that hand digging and precision measuring...and they "left not a trace" during the install. The process was a breeze and the result was perfection. They charged exactly what was discussed/contained in their brochure. They did not charge extra for delivery. They leveled the shed with cinder blocks (our yard is not level). The shed was built to our exact specifications and they placed it in the corner of the yard that I asked them to with about 12 inch clearance from the fence. We compared the price of the shed to two other competitors and they had the best price for what we received. I could not be happier with the entire process. The same gentleman who sold us the shed delivered it. He was courteous and conscientious during both. He did not rush the delivery process as some companies do. He verified with me throughout that the placement was correct. The only thing that may turn some customers away is that they do not deliver on the weekend. This was not a big deal for us. If you want a shed and live in Southern Maryland, this is the place to go. I do not think I could have built the shed for what they charge and it is in my back yard a week after the order. Great company.
