Sitting at the desk in the comfortable & sunny office trailer, I was able to ask all the questions I had about gazebo specifications and options, and get details as well as answers to some other questions that arose after touring the lot. They charged exactly what was discussed/contained in their brochure. They did not charge extra for delivery. They leveled the shed with cinder blocks (our yard is not level). The shed was built to our exact specifications and they placed it in the corner of the yard that I asked them to with about 12 inch clearance from the fence. We compared the price of the shed to two other competitors and they had the best price for what we received. I could not be happier with the entire process. The same gentleman who sold us the shed delivered it. He was courteous and conscientious during both. He did not rush the delivery process as some companies do. He verified with me throughout that the placement was correct. The only thing that may turn some customers away is that they do not deliver on the weekend. This was not a big deal for us. If you want a shed and live in Southern Maryland, this is the place to go. I do not think I could have built the shed for what they charge and it is in my back yard a week after the order.
