I talked to payments. They tell me they're gonna have someone call me back ASAP. No one ever calls me. I ask if a message can be left with the manager and they tell me yeah They'll give me a call back and I never get a call back They are beyond unorganized. I've argued with someone for almost 40 minutes that I Did in fact have a warranty and she was telling me I didn't until she finally found it 40 minutes later And I still never got a call back from service they want to take your money will hound you about payments, but God forbid they fix the lemons that they sell My car has had the same problem starting since the second day I bought it in 2023 they don't care that us people buying the cars are being affected so poorly I have literally broke down crying to these people so many times over the fact that they sold me a car They don't know how to fix and they do not care and refuse to do anything to help me. why even offer a warranty if you're just gonna push people past it and still never call them back it should not take over seven months for a service department to get their shit together and call one fucking customer back, especially when it's been a problem since the second day I bought the car and you guys still can't figure it out maybe hire people that know something , after I finally got a hold of them and was able to bring my car in the next day to tell me they no longer had a service department to come pick up my car still un repaired. they are genuinely scammers looking to take advantage of people

Vehicle sat in the same spot for 2 years. I checked my credit report and found they had charged it off. I had a credit repair company handle it. The charge off was removed. It cost me $3000 to fix the electrical problems their kill code fried. Now I'm fighting them trying to get the title. So be very careful with them.
