It was a short guy next to the door of the waiting room. They just cut the flange bolts and call it a day and said the o2 sensor are not damaged even tho there a burnt mark next to the wires

Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. At the time of car drop-off I was told that the price was $190 + tax (which should have been only on parts, labor cost should be exempt). However, when I came to pick up my car the invoice stated the final price at $230, which included some additional fees not mentioned over the phone. Additionally, they charge 2.75% surcharge for the card service even for a debit card transaction. When I mentioned that this isn't legal in the US the guy said that he didn't care. My recommendation is to always ask for an out of the door price preferably in writing.

There was a clean sitting area, an organized 3 car garage, and the owner was humble and respectful. Though it was only an oil change, he fixed a switch panel in my Mercedes (which needed for him to have some McGyver skills, which I lack, lol), gave it some Mobil1, and changed some bulbs for a very reasonable price. I am sitting here for brakes and rotors on my truck, and completely trust him and his mechanics with not just my Benz, but also all the other vehicles my family own.
