    Was getting ready to toss my old Dyson DC07 because the brushes weren't moving anymore. Just decided to check out the Dyson Repair Center to see if it was worth salvaging. Adam greeted me and said he would take a look at it. 5 minutes later and he reappears and the Dyson is working like new. This is why we buy quality products like Dyson. They stand behind their product no matter how long you have owned it. Thanks Adam for the great work. Not even a question on who I will buy from when I need to.

    The worst customer service I've probably ever had just terrible! I'm being nice by giving him one star, that's just too much.

    Dropped off vacuum still under warranty. Within 30 min I got a call it was fixed. Easy drop off and pick up.

    Do they repair am04 fan/heaters? Waiting on a response from yesterday.

    I am not sure what the am04 fan/heaters are but they did have a nice selection of fan/heaters in the show room so I would think it's worth calling them to see if they make repairs. They are super nice and I'm sure would be happy to help you.

    Doug... If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where to start: Unprofessional, untimely, and overall…read morerude. We needed a wine refrigerator by a specified date that was given to Doug at the time of our original order. He promised that he would have the delivery in time for our house warming party which was 2-3 weeks from our order date. Because of his verbal commitment that our order would be here in time (& delivered), we cancelled our order for the same appliance with BestBuy, who wasn't going to meet the delivery deadline needed. Well, as you can guess, Doug didn't pull through. Instead of giving us updates on the status of our order the week we needed it, he didn't return phone calls, pointed his finger at the appliance manufacturer, and provided zero solutions/accommodations to remedy the issue at hand. When we finally did get ahold of him, we decided to cancel our order since his promise wasn't upheld. BestBuy has a significantly better warranty program and customer service platform, so we decided to reorder the appliance through them. When informing Doug that we were going to cancel our order, he was upset (probably because he was losing a commission) and said that we would receive a check in the mail for our refund. I politely informed him that we would like a refund to the credit card we originally paid with and he said, "that costs us money, we would prefer not to do that." Well, Doug, that's unfortunately the cost of business when you don't deliver on the commitments you make. A few days later, Doug calls to inform me that the wine refrigerator has arrived and we can still take the order, if desired. I told him that we would pass, due to the negative experience we had with Jack's Appliance and he proceeded to tell me that they would be charged a $500 restocking fee with the manufacturer to send the appliance back. I told him that it wasn't my problem, which he then tried telling me that it would be deducted from my refund. I know, it's almost comical at this point, but keep reading... We never signed a purchase order with Jack's, we didn't even receive a receipt from Jack's for our order, and it was never disclosed throughout multiple conversations that a "restocking fee" would be charged for cancelling a fully refundable order. When informing Doug that we would not be paying the restocking fee for their mishaps, he told me that I would receive a refund check in the mail, less $500 for the restocking fee, and proceeded to hang up before I could get another word out. When I attempted calling back, he didn't answer. Surprise! Haha. If you're looking for subpar service, a grumpy sales associate with no business acumen, the delayed arrival of your order, and a partial refund for never receiving your appliance(s), Jack's Appliance in Hilliard is the place to shop!

The belt had broken on the drum where it wouldn't turn. Jamie was the technician who came out to fix it and he replaced the broken belt, the rollers, and the pulley system. I then sprung on him while he was here that my washer was acting up and he did a quick look at it and ran a quick diagnostic on it because he had other service calls after me and couldn't dive deeper into it. He got the office to call me to set up an appointment for later in the week so he could have time to dive deeper to find out what was going on with it. It turned out I needed to have the main board replaced and they ordered that. He came back and replaced the board and ran tests to make sure the board and washer functioned properly. So, I will test it out on my next wash day but I feel confident that it will be working properly the next time I wash. Jamie was very knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing and fixing both my washer and dryer and he was very nice. The office is very nice, too. They kept me up to date on everything and always called me when Jamie was on his way. Definitely 5 stars!!

Took a few days to get a new part (weekend). As soon as the part arrived, Jamie came out and installed and tested it. Very courteous and PROFESSIONAL. Cost was a little south of $500 which I thought was reasonable.

I had shopped around at multiple area stores, but PRIME had the absolute best price and customer service. The entire furniture selection and order process exceeded my expectations because of the superior customer care provided by ANDY. The furniture was ordered on 5/22/25 and was delivered a week later....very fast turnaround time. The furniture was expertly packaged with lots of protection. It arrived without a scratch or flaw. The white glove delivery/set up service is the only way to go. It was fast and efficient thanks to the pros. All too often, customers only complain when something doesn't go right. I'm a firm believer in taking time to recognize individuals when they do an excellent job. We can all use more positive reinforcement and kind words these days.
