Went in to get my Dyson Humidifier repaired, I had also ordered a new Humidifier and Purifier directly from Dyson. Without any hesitation Patrick, the manager, went into the system to make sure my orders were done correctly but one had actually been cancelled due to the representative misspelling my name. I ended up purchasing the new Humidifier directly from him at a much better price, same warranty. As a matter of fact, such a good price I purchased 2 and was able to take one home right of way and the second was sent to me overnight. Dyson is no longer making the Humidifiers due to the consumer not buying enough of them. I love mine! It makes such a difference, especially in the winter as a humidifier and in the summer as a fan. It puts humidity in the air and it uses Ultraviolet Cleanse technology, exposing every drop of water to ultraviolet light, cleaning the water before it gets into the air. I copied the explanation from the Dyson site: "Ultraviolet Cleanse technology. Water from the tank is channeled along a specially-designed cold cathode UV-C bulb. It uses an intense shortwave light to penetrate cells and disrupt the DNA of organisms such as bacteria, viruses and mold. A three-minute cycle kills 99.9% of bacteria in the water Patrick was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would have not known my order was cancelled if he had not checked on it right of way. I would recommend purchasing one from him directly while they have them in stock. I spend and hour plus on the home office line trying to get a product part. At the end they said I was only out of warranty for 2 months and they would send me the part as a one time concession. I felt it was overkill because I thought they only needed to replace a small piece instead of the whole part at 149.00. The person at this repair shop felt the same way and resolved my issue in minutes by giving me the whole part for free. The home office did not have any parts in stock. But the repair shop did. I would never go anywhere else but the repair shop for dyson questions. Fabulous job with no hassle. After my run around with the dyson home office I would question myself to buy an eight product from them. read more

I want to thank Brittany for the outstanding service I received at the Brookfield Dyson service center. I had an older model Dyson in need of some costly repairs, so much so that purchasing a newer model became a consideration. Brittany was amazing! She is very knowledgeable of the various Dyson models and helped me understand my options - repair vs. purchase. She was very patient and supportive and answered all my questions. Bobby!! Was amazing!! Received an email that this service center was opening up and knew I just had to go. Very quick and easy answered all of our questions in regards to our vacuum cleaners and fan. We have had our Dyson since 2012 and it is still going strong thanks to the Service Centers that Dyson has opened. I mean who doesn't like FREE diagnostics!! And if anything is wrong they are prepared to fix or recommend replacement of parts! Definitely recommended and will be back if needed!! read more

My Dyson Cordless Stick Vacuum which is less than a year old stopped working. I took it in to the service center on my lunch break and expected it to be a wait or that I would have to leave it there, however I was quickly greeted and my Dyson was looked at and fixed in under 10 mins! My one-year-old Dyson vacuum was making a lot of noise when the carpet cleaning roller-bar was activated. Following the directions on the website, I took the floor attachment apart to find out the bar was damaged on one end. The Dyson warranty call center sent me to the Dyson Service Center in Brookfield. I walked in, and within 5 minutes the roller bar was replaced for free. Unbelievable excellent service. My vacuum's beater bar was not working and my Dyson was making a horrible noise along with a burning smell. I walked into the service center, the guy took my vacuum cleaner, asked me to fill out a card with my information. I took my Dyson Air purifier in yesterday to have the power cord repaired after being chewed by one of my pets. The repair was done by Patrick and it was completed in no time (1.5 hours). I expected to have to pick up the next day but it was perfect timing for me to drop off, grab coffee with a friend and come back to pick up. Amazingly fast service! I'm not kidding. I think a total of ten minutes from the time I walked in the door, Patrick diagnosed the issue and GRACIOUSLY gave me a new connector. Our V6 is just over two years old and we love it! While a lower end model, Patrick didn't say anything negative or try to upsell me. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and super nice. This was arguably the best customer service experience I've ever had. When I called to get information about the business they stated that walk-ins are welcome. That couldn't be more true, I showed up out of the blue on a rainy Saturday. They listened attentively to my issue and resolved the whole thing within 20mins! This place is heaven sent! Our V15 Detect was repaired for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. Unfortunately we were just past the two year warranty otherwise it would have been free. Lathan was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He also diagnosed and repaired an issue on the brand new V11 was bought which was repaired free of charge. My Dyson wasn't working properly. Tried troubleshooting it via the Dyson help section on their website with no luck. Found out that this service center recently opened up.
