Walking into the shop you are generally greeted by a member of staff who simply say Hi do you want a coffee which is fantastic after being on the bike for a while. They have a great range of facilities from servicing, sales, clothing, bike tunning and accessories. All the staff are there to make you feel welcome on each visit and it certainly won me over.

From the most modern bikes to bikes that have been out of production for years. Want some bike advice? Just pop along and don't be surprised if they ask you how many sugars you take in your coffee. Bikers who are just passing stop for a chat. I know that for a fact because I do! They stock both new and 2nd hand bikes but if you see one you like! Then don't hang about as they have a very fast turn around of bikes. I have bought 2 bikes from them and their after service care is 2nd to none. I use my bike to get to work. When my rear suspension collapsed. They said I would have to wait 2 days for the part to be delivered. That wasn't good news as I needed it for work. So the owner (also called Graham) modified a rear shocker they had in and charged me £20 less!! Than the original part was going to cost!! I rode away in just an hour and a half. (Or 3 cups of coffee by their clock!) They also stock a limited selection of bike gear. But please at the very least make Startrights your last stop when searching for anything on 2 wheels. Or just advice. Wednesday is a very busy day for them. So might be best to chose another day if you need a fast repair!
