Walking into the shop you are generally greeted by a member of staff who simply say Hi do you want a coffee which is fantastic after being on the bike for a while. They have a great range of facilities from servicing, sales, clothing, bike tunning and accessories. All the staff are there to make you feel welcome on each visit and it certainly won me over.

Rang Padgett service again on Monday to pop in to Torque up the the filter. I was told I had to book it in for Tuesday. In mid flow of explaining the 2 minute job to nip it up. the phone was put down. I Called back and was told "its disgusting how I spoke to the technician" at the service on Friday... WHAT!, Absolute Lies. I asked him a about the power supply socket under the seat for accessories. I was told to go and do the job myself, Buy the young female Padgett woman. I have bought 2 Brand new Honda's from them past. NO MORE.

Once deposit paid they had no interest, up to me to keep chasing progress then on collection nothing was ready, bike had vapour in the tank and even though new had only 6 months tax instead of 12 I'd paid for. There's no way I'd go back here whole thing left me feeling if been ripped off.
