The bike needed work doing, and he said it would take a couple of days, a week later and after numerous phonecalls I made one last phonecall to the owner, where I expressed my disappointment to put it mildly.
The receptionist lied to me every time I phoned, saying that they were waiting for parts, when all along they had them but didn't start any work.
The brakes they then fixed started to bind after only three weeks!
Yes, these guys might have hundreds of new shiny bikes for sale, but I wouldn't let them service my calculator after my experience, I resent having to give one star at all, I only wish I could award minus stars.
Avoid this place at all costs, they don't give a hoot about your custom, and are more than happy to lie to cover their shortcomings. Try Dyrons on Selby Road for servicing, much better and staff behave professionally and with the intent of serving their customers. read more
