Called right when they opened and the gentleman told me to bring it right down and they would work on it. Got both of them repaired (didn't realize there was another one) and I was in and out of the place in about half an hour! ICBC covered it, but at $81, I would've paid it in a heartbeat for the prompt service.

I chose not to sign it till it was completed, which the staff person seemed to find insulting. When I picked up the vehicle, she pointed out that the wrong windshield wipers were on the vehicle; my husband checked them, and found that they were barely hanging. I called, she said bring the vehicle in at 11:30 am, which I did. She immediately started arguing with me "we have no reason to touch the wind sheild wiper" and comments like "people come in here and complain that their trunk is leaking after they had a new windshield installed." Totally inappropriate, not my problem, and insulting me - obviously in her mind I had to be lying. She made NO attempt to be even borderline polite or respectful. In my opinion, this woman seriously needs customer service training! The usual result - I have told all our family and friends of this experience; none of us will ever deal with Abstract Glass again!!
