Great conversationalist and excellent driver made getting from hell to the airport a pleasure. I strongly recommend this business as well as requesting Isaac as your professional driver.

Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. He drove super safe, was early to arrive and always a gentleman. We used this service for 5 hours and I have to say, I would use Guillermo everytime. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. My family took a cruise out of Miami and our flight arrived at 7:00 am. Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim and we felt like VIP. He spotted us and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. No complaints!

Then the 2nd half of the evening happened. The crew went to Ft Lauderdale. Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. My daughter and her friends felt like they had no option but to take an Uber home. Serious letdown for the evening. So I paid $1200+ for a limo, plus an Uber. Very disappointing.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.
