I took her advice. I've been to several outpatient physical therapy facilities. I decided to go to this facility rather than the main hospital. From the get go I was impressed. For the first time the extent of my problem was measured. My ability to move my arm was severely limited. Diana, my therapist, was very frank with me. My therapy would be long and painful...she was right. I have only done three weeks of therapy and I'm seeing significant improvement. She measured again and was pleased with my progress. I will continue. I'm impressed by the cleanliness of their facility and the friendly staff that greats me when i arrive.

The front desk staff, namely Ms. Nora, is highly competent and polite. She went out of her way to make several calls to get my situation cleared up and expedited my first appointment. My first visit was great. Nicolas conducted an over assessment/evaluation and set up a plan for my treatment. Rather than writing an entire novel I'll give some examples. I'm long distance caregiving for my parents and they make it incredibly easy to communicate with them. My mom loves the activities and they send me pictures almost everyday of her smiling and delighted to be there. Their attention to detail is incredible no health concern goes unaddressed and they often notice signs and symptoms before my parents do and get them care promptly. They even went as far as throwing my parents an anniversary party including taking my mom to the salon and getting her nails and hair done for the occasion. Worth every penny! Highly, highly recommend!
