I won't ever go anywhere else because Crystal is the only therapist that will find the cause of the pain through kinetic chain points. Any other therapist I've been to will go straight to the area of pain instead of knowing what is causing that area to have pain. All I have to say is WOW!!! I had a bad neck spasm that stiffened my entire neck, chest, and upper back caused by my SCM muscle. I couldn't sleep for two days, it hurt to breath, it hurt to walk, and it hurt to move. I'm a grown ass man and on the second day while on pain pills I cried because it hurt so much. So I called Crystal to see if she could fit me in that day. She fit me in the same day, asked me about what was bothering me and knew immediately what to do. She did deep tissue massage, cupping, and used the theragun. After that session I could not only breath and walk again, but for the first time in two nights I slept! It has now been 5 days since that session with Crystal and I have not taken any pain pills since then and I am now completely back to normal with even more flexibility from all the work she did on me! As an athlete I have to take time for rest and recovery. My recovery consists of seeing Crystal for massage therapy every 6-8 weeks for the past 9 months. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to massage therapy, percussion, graston therapy, cupping and deep tissue work. She is very detailed at finding out the root cause of muscle imbalances that can lead to soreness in muscles, joints and tendons. After every session I have increased mobility and am able to get back to my training sessions quickly without having to worry about injury and there has been a significant improvement in my athletic performance because of Crystal.
