We used Dynamic Warrior for an event at my son's school. We paid the deposit at the end of March…read morewith the balance due on June 6 (as stated on the invoice) and we checked with them to reconfirm our reservation on May 23 and was told that we needed to pay the balance because the date could not be secured with a partial payment. So what was the deposit for?? On the day of the event, he was supposed to arrive by 12:30 for a 1:00 start time. He showed up at 1:44, an hour and 14 minutes late! Each time he was called during the time we were waiting, we were told that he was on the way. I will say that the children who were able to play, enjoyed themselves. At the end of the event, we asked for some kind of compensation and were offered a free hour the next time we booked. Why would we book again? After some negotiations, a partial refund was agreed upon. We were told that he was not in a position to give it via Zelle the day of the event but would give it after the weekend. Several calls went unanswered so we tried to request it through Zelle only to find out that the number we have is not enrolled in Zelle. There are a lot of other companies out there that do better business and that is where we will be going in the future.
